Amazing how much dirt came out of our carpets!!!!

service man was very polite and professional. He explained what the other carpet cleaners
were doing to our carpet.

Joe came to our home to clean our carpets and he was on time and very professional! I was pleasantly surprised as to how good the carpets came out. He was able to give new life to them and I am very happy with the results. We have had other vendors clean our carpets in the past and they did not get the carpets as clean as Zerorez did. It was a pleasure doing business with Zerorez! I will definitely call them again.

I feel the add on costs are too high. I had the 3 room deal and had him clean 2 halls. The first hall was a normal hall so I agreed to the fee. The second hall was a small area whech leads to a guest room around the corner. I feel I was ripped off at the cost I was charged for this area. It shoud have been added to the other hall.

Only disappointment was the tech charged me for my very small master bathroom that is part of my master bedroom. It was about 2x5 feet of carpet. I had already added a room prior to showing him the bathroom so I thought he would be able to throw it in. Other carpet companies have never charged me.

The guy was very courteous and informative. Very good and quickly done.

You don't use Soap so the carpet doesn't get dirty as fast.

Attention to detail--no smell---great results. Tony did a nice job for us. If there was a problem it was the truck is noisy otherwise very happy with the results.

friendly technician. I asked for him to try and clean one of our shower enclosures because of built up calcium deposits. He was doubtful but tried & didn't charge us.

The radio advertising indicates a drying time of 30 minutes. It took more that 6 hours for ours to dry. The notification email makes a big deal out of having parking available that is not the driveway. The truck parked in the drive and we now have several spots. The carpet and tile appear to be clean. We'll see how it works out. Let's just say I'm not a raving fan.

I love the fact that the process is chemical free, I actually got down and smelled in several places, very fresh and clean smelling.
