Found out, when the service man came out, that you do not move the furniture and clean underneath. This was not conveyed to me by either your office or the salesman who came out for the quote. Therefore, I had to wait week with my house torn up for the other cleaning company to come out. I was very please with Blackmon Mooring.
The first time I had the carpet cleaned with zerorez the tech took his time and cleaned it very well...and I was totally happy. This time the guy was in and out in 30 minutes. I spend more time vacumming my house than he did cleaning....sorry just the way I feel at this time.
Technician was very professional and kind. Thoroughly explained the processes.

great product and equally great service
This was the second time that I used your company. The carpets don't take as long to get dry as with other companies. There are no unpleasant odors or chemical smells to breath in and the carpets looks really nice afterwords. The technical is professional and courteous. All in all, I'm just happy with Zeorez.
I had my capets cleaned last year by Anthony. Anthony took great pains to make sure he got all stains out and I that I was a "raving fan" when he was done. I was. This year the two men that were here to clean my carpet did so in mach time. I had to have them go back over some of the stains and I have noticed that some of the areas that looked clean when they were here are now look dirty again. I chose your company based on Jody Dean's advertising and the amazing job Anthony did last year. I am not sure I would call you again.

Rikishi did a great job and was thorough this time
This was my second ZeroRez experience. I came back becaue my carpets looked better and felt better than experiences with other companies. The absence of residue and my carpets staying clean longer is a big plus. When you leave, there is no odor and the carpets feel so soft and fresh. Also your customer service from inception to completion is tops.
Great job on cleaning, but I don't like being 'blindsided' with a fuel surcharge. I think that is wrong.
Send 2 men instead of one; it took too long. Hose leaked on my wood laminate floor. Tech did a mediocre job of cleaning it up. Did not appreciate that the tech threw his filter bag and styrofoam trash in my recycle bin. I had to clean it out and rewash down my laminate floors where he walked through with wet feet. Having said that, the carpets look great and I am impressed with the results.
Results are fantastic and the fact that no chemicals are used is the cherry on top

Chemical free process that really works and friendly staff.
Crew showed up on time, Clean and professionally dressed. They were respectful of me and my home (including the dogs!). They explained what they were going to do and what I could expect. I was given a price before they started and that's what I paid when the job was done. They were great and got the blood out of the carpet and few pet accidents went away. I am sold for life!!!
