Both techs were professional in every way, neat and clean and our carpets look like new again. I rented a carpet cleaner a couple months ago and spent most of the day sweating away to not get my carpets clean, and spent within $30 of what I spent to get all 3 bedrooms clean in 1 hour, with no sweating. We'll see you again next year. Thanks.

Was extremely pleased, it was an awesome job! I decided to try Zerorez because I was not pleased after my last carpet cleaning with another company. My carpet looks better now than it has been in several years. I will definitely use you again!
Overall, i feel like the job was decent, but nothing better than the other companies like i thought i would be. Also, in my daughters room, there was a spot where our dog had marked his territory. Your employee explained to us about the pet treatment which would get the smell out, but possibly not the stain. Because it is our daughters room, we agreed to spend the extra money. Not only is the stain not gone, but it still stinks!! Literally, it isnt any better than before. We specifically asked our associate if spending the extra money would get rid of the smell,and he said yes. Also, i was also disappointed with the extra "large room" charge we were given. When i made the appointmen, i talked to the lady on the phone abnout our living room, and if we would be charged a fee for it being large. She said unless your living room is overly big, you will be fine. Our living room is very "average" but of course, we were charged the extra 35 bucks. I felt like we ended up paying over 100 dollars than we had planned. The pet treatment was a complete waste of money and i felt like we were just getting ripped off with our living room.
The cleanliness of the water used and the fresh smell of a job well done. Also nice not to have to use our water supply during this time of water conservation. If possible I would like a bottle of the cleaning water you use. I forgot to ask my technician about that while he was here. First name removed
my rug was not cleaned. spill in room still there. and i was able to take it off after they left. rep said could not take off it off. the price was not up front as to what is included. like his gas. and when he came his machine broke down, so he had to wait another 30min for someone to bring him the parts- so my time was not valued.

You used to spend a lot of time and make sure the carpet was really clean and left almost dry. The last couple of times you have been out the guys rush through so a lot of water is left in the carpet. Also, I requested that you come in the morning but was told that because of routing you would come between 4:00 and 6:30. That puts you here during dinner time and the carpet was not dry until the next day. Very inconvenient. The tech that came out this time did work a little harder on the heavy traffic area than the one I had last time my carpets were cleaned. But the result is just not the same quality as several years ago.

I fortunately rescued two puppies that had lived in cages and didn't understand about housetraining. We are working diligently to teach this but in the meantime our carpet has paid the price. Thank goodness for Zerorez - a Family Room that I was sure the carpet would have to replaced was saved and looks brand new --- NO lingering smell and NO stain! I was SO VERY IMPRESSED and pleased. It saved us a great amount of money and I have recommended Zerorez to several friends and have their number in my speed dial to call again until the puppies understand what grass is and what they are supposed to be doing outside. THANK YOU SO MUCH ZEROREZ.
Phone menu to leave name and return phone number for a new residential appt. did not work. Never received a call back. Three days later, I went to the option of talking with a rep. and scheduled the appt.
Our carpeting felt so very clean after Zerorez completed it's job. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and will not use any other carpet cleaning service ever again. Thanks Zerorrez!

The way the tech, Tony Watts, took care of everything. His profesionalism and attitude were great. The carpet has not looked this good since it was first installed.
I wanted three rooms and two halls, the man cleaned two of the wrong rooms, so we had to pay additional to have the correct rooms done. My husband showed him the rooms and he still did the wrong ones, I was going to do the two bedrooms myself. Very disappointed, I budgeted $150.00 ending up paying $270.00. Not pleased at all.

I have one very big stain that did not come out. I left a message with the customer service manager asking if it were possible to replace a part of the pad under the stain and maybe get the stain out that way. I have been waiting for a return phone call for 2 days.

I paid for pet stain remover, etc. and at the end of the day, 3 days later, I still see mkost of the stains, especially the non-pet stains. You all had come highly recommended and I had high hopes for being pleased with the outcome.
I was pleased that only environmentally safe products were used and my carrots look good. I had not realized how the high traffic areas of my home were as soiled as they were and I was vey happy with the end result.
You guys did an amazing job cleaning the carpet in our new baby's room. Our pet had left numerous stains on the carpet and after you guys cleaning the carpet, you couldn't even tell. I was sure we were going to have to replace the carpet. Thanks Zerorez.
