The carpet looks great!
The carpets look GREAT. Really like the excellant customer service from your technition. I have already handed out cards at work. Will be happy to use you again in the near future. Thank you for providing such a great service.
The tech was nice, and had some good advice on my desired additional cleaning of my funiture. However, the cleaning process did not seem to match up with the tv or other adveritzed results. Three specific seperate spots (among others), that were the reason I went with your company, and I pointed them out, and was told that they had come out of the carpet during the 'special cleaning process', actuall re-appeared just several hours after the cleaning of those spots. The carpet drying time was over twice as long as was informed. None of the more 'trafficed' areas showed any signs of improvement (which I was warned against), never-the-less, was disappointing.
The service technician was wonderful and obviously take pride in his work. Also love the lack of chemicals.
It was just that after he left I found a straight blue stain line almost 36 inches long and 3 inches wide at the widest point left from the rug I sent to be cleaned. He had moved furniture around it so I guess he just missed it. Although from the beginning it was all about making the rest of the carpet match the lighter rectangular area from the rug. I didn't even see the stain until after he was gone. He never mentioned it. I also saw several spots come back in the high use areas as they dried which he said would not happen. I was impressed that the over job was neatly managed, he was clean and personable and I understood him at all times.Most of the carpet looks brand new, but it looked better when it was wet in the high traffic areas.
I liked that there were no chemicals involved. The service was excellent and the young man who steamed my carpets was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My carpets look great!!!! Thank you for a very positive experience.

I liked the pinot service & the removal of the pet stains.
I like the fact that you don't use detergents and my pets are safer. Plus, you seem to get all my stains out!!

Technicians are very professional, polite and timely. I have four dogs and the carpets not only look new again, they smell fabulous. I recommended this company to my daughter before I ever used them myself because of an ad I heard on the radio. They did such a wonderful job for her, I had to use them. I will be calling Zerorez again.
Excellent cleaning result. Professional, no nonsense work of the technician. Friendly, but no "gabby" . Considerate of MY time. Get it done, and move on!

Very happy with how clean my carpet looks and there was no weird smell after it was cleaned. Ben was very courteous, answered all my questions, gave me suggestions on how to keep carpet clean. Overall a great experience. I have already told at least 5 people how pleased I was with results and the customer service. Service was excellent. I will use your service again.

Your technician was very professional and seemed to really know what he was doing. Also, he was on time! We also liked that he was able to restore what we thought was a ruined carpet. The carpet looks awesome now. We will be calling Zerorez next time.

We were overcharged for the services, and the credit card was supposed to be refunded and it hasn't been. It has been 2 weeks, and the credit has not been processed. I leave messages regarding the matter and they aren't returned.
