We had some simple stains that should have come clean and would have if we had used or regular carpet cleaning service, but ser Rez did not get them clean, properly will not use carpet cleaning service again. With that said the tile and grout look very good, cleaned them like new.

The technicians were absolutely wonderful. Not only did they do a great job on the service we requested, they didn't try to "oversell" us on services we didn't need.

This is the first time I've ever used ZeroRez. I have allergies and chose your service because you don't use chemicals. I was surprised, but very impressed at the temperature you use to clean your carpets! (No wonder most spots don't stand a chance.) Casey, your technician, was very patient with me as I pointed out where each "spot" was and whether it was originally a food spill or a pet stain. Casey was not only professional, but very thorough as well. When my husband came home from work, he commented on how clean the house smelled. We are both extremely satisfied. I'll definitely be using ZeroRez again.

Carpets dry very quickly and the stains do not "re-appear".
The stains in the carpet in the family room seem to have gotten darker and other stains that were NOT there originally seem to have been brought to the surface. I'm not pleased with the product. I sent a question to the on-line customer service and never got a response. I want to know what product you use to treat pet stains, can I get the MSDS, how much time are you suppose to wait before cleaning, and why does it cost $60 to treat a few spots?
also, we had to tell the guy to wipe up the water from our wood and tile floors, and I didn't get a receipt at the time and he didn't even tell me the total.
