I liked that you came in professionally and did the job quickly but thoroughly. I also like the fact that my carpets looked better than they have in years. They looked, smelled and felt clean. I am totally happy with our product and services.
The products do what they are manufctured to do and this is obtained by your employees, like Phillip Stevens, making the procedure work as advertized. We want him to do our carpet again when it needs t be cleaned in the future. He is very professional in his work and very cordial to the customer. And, he explains what work has to be done and how he will do the work.
WAS DISAPPOINTED MY COFFEE STAINS COULD NOT BE REMOVED. OTHER THAN THAT, I WAS PLEASED.
No chemicals
The staff was nice. The carpet dried quick and looked new
My carpet looks and feels like brand new. It had some old stains but they are completely gone. Ceramic tile cleaning got stains out of the grout, really surprised me. Technician was great in explaining how services worked.
How quick Tony cleaned the carpet and how clean the carpet still is a week later. No smell and how quickly it dried.
The work was completed in a timely manner & dried very fast so that it could be walked on very soon after completed. The house smelled so nice and clean.
Fresh and prompt
The carpets are so clean, high-traffic areas too! This is our 3rd time to use Zerorez. The carpet looks great and smells clean. Brad was super and very efficient with his time!

I was at work while my husband was there the day that our carpet was cleaned. The technition was wonderful and the carpet appeared very clean. He was on time and finished quickly and carefully. It just seemed a little too expensive.

The carpet turned out great! I really paid a lot to have the tile done... still some dark marks in the grout in the bathroom... then there are bleach looking residue in the grout in the other portions of the home. Don't know if that's right or not.

The guy that came and serviced my carpets was a great guy and seemed to work hard, but once the floor dried I did notice a couple of spots that didn't quit come out. All and All it was ok job. I have to say, I had my carpet done previously by Stanly Steamers and they got the high traffic areas so clean that you couldn't even tell that it was ever dirty.
