Your add in the Dallas Morning News was to clean 4 roome for $99.00. I ended up paying $261.29 for extra deep cleaning. The stairs were extra at $5.00 per stair, which was not indicated in your add. The staire were cleaned very good. The rest of the rooms also looked good until they dried. Once they were dried, stains appeared that were not visable before being cleaned. The results were that the rooms looked worse after they were cleaned. The stains appeared to be pet stains, which I paid extra to remove. The extra cleaning price only made old stains reappear. It would have been better to have paid the $99.00 plus the extra for the stairs. I don't understand how the extra pet stain cleaning that I paid for only made old stains visable after the carpet dried. I don't know if it was a rip-off or the pet cleaning just does not work.
When getting on your website to get pricing and schedule an appt., the page to do so did not appear so there were directions telling me to email with any problems or questions. I did that and got no response after 3 days. I then called and after getting 4 words out of my mouth was disconnected. I called back immediately and went straight to voicemail. I left a complete message but never got a call back. I was then done with Zero Rez and decided to move on to another company. After getting another quote and a friend urging me to give you another chance, I called again and talked with Preston (or I think that was his name). Finally got things going. We talked things over and I got an estimate of $167 - $99 to clean 4 rooms, $8 fuel charge and $60 for pet treatment. Jamal showed up fot the appt. as scheduled and I was a bit taken back when the $167 was now $439! The $60 pet treatment was per room not for all rooms. Then Jamal assurred me I needed to protect the carpets when he was done. That was another $30 per room. I can understand the need for these things, just would have been nice to know about them beforehand. Then on my first visit the belt in the truck breaks after Jamal cleaned 2 rooms and he could not clean anymore so we had to schedule another visit!! It was not his fault, but inconvenient for me. With all the trouble I had trying to even get a hold of you, the price difference and the belt breaking, it would be hard to say I had a A+ experience. And the whole reason for us getting our carpets cleaned was to get 3 pet spots out. He was only able to get 1 out completely. One of the other 2 is barely visible, the 3rd is still fairly visible. (Our home is brand new and the carpets are really not dirty.)
Before moving in this home, we lived in a rent house for a short time. I had the carpets cleaned when we moved out and used a company I found in Val Pak because it wasn't my home and I wanted it done the least expensive way. I had the whole house done for $150. I honestly do not feel I got much different from you for $439.

Improve commitment and performance to make on-time delivery. It is difficult for many of us who work to miss 1/2 a day or more waiting for a service call. In my case, we had to cancel the first date because the service man did not meet our need for arrive in a 2-hour window.
Carpet looks and feels worse than before cleaning. I don't think you can fix it.
My carpet is old, and has never looked this good! I liked the fact that the carpet wasn't very wet, and it felt soft to walk on. There were stains that the other company couldn't get out, that are no longer there. I will be calling again, when my carpet needs cleaning.
The quality of deep cleaning and the fastness of drying.
The technician cleaning our carpet was very knowledgeable and thorough...also very friendly and took the time to explain things to me. We had heavy pet stains in our hallway which cost more money to clean but well worth it. The stains are gone and guaranteed not to come back. The last carpet cleaning company that cleaned our carpet did not have a solution to get the stains up. They just said "they might come up but they might not." Our carpet looks new again thanks to Zerorez!!
Bait and switch shop. I called you out for a 99.99 dollar special and it cost me 413.00..........I called the manager and he knows all about it!!!!!!! Very dissapointed!!!
Everyone I spoke with were friendly and helpful. Especially true of the serviceman who did the work - he was clean cut and well spoken - felt good about him being in my home.
Not push so hard to sell additional services
I liked the fact no chemicals were used. When I heard that on K-luv I didn't believe it, but was really surprised to see how wonderful my carpet looked. My son said it looked like a new carpet. The two gentlemen that came were very nice and very professional.
The look and feel of the carpet after it is cleaned. Also, the fact that all the crud and spots are gone after it is cleaned and there is no odor from your application and process. I also will mention the speed and friendly attitude of your service man, Tyree Coleman, was exceptional.
I was quoted a price of $249 over the phone for 4 rooms, 2 hallways and 2 8' round area rugs. When the tech's came to the house, they told me that they charged per stair and that 2 small hallways counted separately. I expected that, and asked the rep on the phone, but apparently he didn't count it in my price. I ended up paying $200 more, a total of $449 in the end, for 4 rooms, two "closets" 9 stairs and a 10x10 area rug.
The carpet looks great so I would use you again, but I will be asking how much from the tech first, since the phone quote won't be accurate.
Your technician was an asset to your company. This is the first time I have used your service. When I moved into our rental home, the carpets were in sad shape. Lots of stains that reappeared only days after I moved in. Obviously, who ever cleaned them before did a very poor job. I am pleased to say that the carpets look new and the problem/high traffic areas look great. The carpeting looks, smells and feels LIKE NEW! I would definitely use your services again and certainly be glad to recommend you to friends.
The technicians were nice and friendly and early to do the job. They were thorough and did a great job. I can't remember my carpets looking this good after being cleaned before. Awesome!
