I had a pet stain that normally comes out with the other cleaning methods / truck mount that use detergents. I was disappointed because the stain did not come out. I had cleaned and treated one just like it a few days before with my own carpet cleaning machine and its gone unlike the one that was treated with your system. I just think for that much money it would have looked better. My carpet is only 3 years old and I don't know if it was the intense steam-heat of the water but the nap did not come back up as it has with other company cleanings.

The cleaning left very large streaks on the carpet. Cleaners came back & re cleaned areas but when it dried the streaks were still there & larger.

I don't have to worry about soap being left in the carpet.

I first used Zerorez two years ago as a result of a radio ad I heard several times on KLUV radio during my morning drive to work. My carpeting had been installed four years previously, and it was my first cleaning. The softness of the pile returned, the color was brighter, and the whole house looked and felt fresh. Two years later...last Tuesday night...I had a dinner party and a large glass of red wine was spilled on my ivory colored carpeting. I called Zerorez the next day and every splattered spot of wine was removed without trace. I was amazed, and very pleased. I like the fact that the carpeting dries fast and that I don't smell a chemical-like cleaning substance. My husband and I are both allergy prone and we feel no ill effect from the products used. I will never use another company! The technicians are the friendliest contractors I've ever had in my home! Congratulations to the owner of this Company - you've done many things right!

It cleans well, leaves no residue in the carpet. Dries fast.

I called zerorez because of Jody Dean with Kluv. When the guys came, they did take care of the pet stains but, left another huge stain and a smaller one. All the pet stains were saturated with some type of liquid in a 2 Gal bottle. I first thought that the carpet was still wet but, even the next day the stains were still there. Since we had company from Germany for 2 weeks, I wasn't really able to get this problem resolved t our satisfaction. Another gentlemen was sent to out house. He rinsed it and kept on telling us that there was no way that the previous man could have made the stain. However, I could provide your company with persons that saw the carpet before and after and each one mentioned the stains without us even bringing it up. So, we are $268.00 lower in our bank account and will have to replace the carpet. We never received a phonecall from a Manger named Mike to check back with us which I think should have happened. At least the last man that came to rinse the carpet should have told his manager that we were not satisfied with the result and something should have happened. So, maybe we were just the unlucky ones but, we will not recommend you and we are still not giving up hope to be contacted by your company and maybe even get a refund.

It was not clean. It looked exactly the same after cleaned by your company.
My expectation was lot higher than what I received . Very disappointed .

The carpets are CLEAN and they aren't sticky or tacky to the touch. They look great!

The service was excellent, but I feel almost like a victim of bait and switch because my $100 carpet cleaning turned into a $360 bill. I was not told about the additional stain treatment costs or carpet sealant until the technician was here. I would have probably still had it done because my carpets needed it, but I didn't expect so much extra cost. The call ahead from the dispatcher and the technician were great as I was able to corral my dogs before he got here. My carpets look so much better than when I use my own home carpet cleaner! Thanks.

I love the way my carpets look and feel after Zerorez has been here. I will always use your company. HOWEVER, I am still very disappointed that after two attempts to clean my driveway from your truck having left a large oil spill, it still is badly stained.

The technician was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable about Zerorez and the cleaning method used to clean carpets. There is no odor in the house or residue left on the carpets.

They work! Our carpets look like new - we have used several differenct companies and NEVER had the results we had this time. We had already arranged to be measured for hardwood floors for installation after the holidays but are reconsidering that after seeing the fantasic results.

We have already given your contact information to 3 family members who are needing to have carpets cleaned.

I was disappointed because we paid everything your tech suggested (around $500 total) and yet neither the carpet nor the upolstery was not clean when you were done. The heavily trafficed areas are ordinary soil and they didn't come clean. The spots are of unknown origin but I'd think at least some of them would come out. The dining room chairs did not come clean and the living room furniture now has stripes where the overlap missed between cleaner strokes.

I don't what can be done about the situation because you have applied scotch-guard over the dirt. in order to get to the dirt now, the scotch-guard will have to be removed.

You really don't want someone to ask me about carpet cleaning. I will tell this same story, but with hand gestures and four letter words.

Since I have a daughter and three pets, I love that there are no chemicals that leave residue and harden the carpet when it dries! And it just smells fresh, not like chemicals or deoderizers. I was also very impressed with the technician, Jay -- he was very knowledgable and personable.

No hangover fumes. I'm not worried about something injuring my little dog. My carpet is clean!!! You can get anything out!

Well, my realtor told me she had subscribed to a $99 4 room special that you had and when the tech arrived it was 3 rooms for $300. The pet stains that were my greatest concern seemed to just spread wider and the smell is still there. Many of the other spots they worked on turned out great but my biggest concern is still a concern and it cost 3 times what I anticipated paying. So, I am disappointed. Since I paid triple the price I expected, do I have any recourse to see if the pet stains could be treated again?

This is the most I have ever paid for a carpet cleaning. Due to pet stains I paid an extra $60 for an acid wash and the stains didn't come up at all. In the pass not only was Dalworth able to get the stains up but I could get them up with my Bissell cleaner. I'm very disappointed.

Technician, Paul, was very polite, knowledgeable & friendly. Showed me all soap pulled out of carpets from previous company's cleaning methods.

I've had other carpet cleaning companies and they don't do near as good a job as Zerorez. I tell everyone about your company. The technician was so helpful, polite and very professional. Although someone by the name of Debra called me on Friday at 5:50 p.m. on Friday Nov 4th and left a message that the arrival window was going to be between 6 and 7 the next day which was incorrect, the technician worked with me. He had to wait until I got home from Grapevine. I played him the message so he didn't think I was going crazy. My tile looks amazing. He did an awesome job.
