I thought the high-pressure of the technician to up the sale was too much, then, after all of the pressure, I still have a few areas that look like they needed additional attention.

Philip was an excellent technician and very professional. I am very satisfied with his work. The only negative I have is the company van that he has leaked quite a bit of oil in front of my house on the street.

Once all your equipment is running (you had to cancel twice due to equipment failure) your service is quick, efficient, and you left my daughter's carpet looking great! AND the person who performed the service was great, very nice and very courteous...great personality!!

What do you like about our products and services?

Service technician was timely, courteous, and professional. The treatment worked as stated. Almost one month later, the stains that were in my carpet have not reappeared...

What could we do to improve?

There was A LOT of suggestive selling. I ended up spending almost $1000 for 2 chairs, loveseat, and an area rug which was taken away to be "bathed." It's hard to know if I was taken advantage of because I don't know a lot about carpet cleaning, or if I'm just a HUGE sucker. The men who came seemed to know what they were doing and they were very polite and friendly. I just would have liked a better before hand estimate. Even with what I was quoted it wasn't $1000. Lastly, I would suggest a better way to schedule appointments. When I called to make my appointment, I was put on hold several times during the course of the conversation. The receptionist consistently gave me the impression she wasn't sure what she was doing.

There was no musty smell when I came in the house and there was no humidity in the air. The carpet looked and smelled so clean and has remained that way. Your technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The technician who came to do my service was named Ben. He was very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job of explaining the services he would provide. I also appreciated that he didn't try to sell me unnecessary services. Thank you for the excellent service!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Scheduled appointment one week in advance requesting an appointment time 8:30 to 11. Was called the morning of my appointment and told they forgot to call me to let me know when technician would be out so he would be there between 11 and 1:30. After I made 3 phone calls to the office he finally showed up at 4:30. Called the next morning and told them a spot I paid extra for treatment was still very prominent and he didn't clean under a coffee table and sofa I told him I would move so he could clean that area. After telling me they were booked up for a while I was put on hold and then told they would be at my house between 5 and 7. Well once again they didn't show up or call! You could give me my money back so I can call another company who will actually show up and do the work.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like the fact that no soaps or chemicals are used and yet the carpets are absolutely beautiful! The carpet is clean for a much longer time than it ever has using other carpet cleaning companies. The technician that came on October 3 was very thorough and cleaned the carpet better than it has ever been cleaned.

Everything was great. The service technician was prompt and easy to talk to, he did a great job. The quality of the cleaning was superb.
I had part of my sectional cleaned and it looked like new.

What could we do to improve?

The biggest improvement to me would be in the area of cost. I like Zerorez, but hesitate to call because it's expensive. I would be more enthusiastic if you bundled in the fabric protectant or other services for a comparable rate rather than accessing upcharges for every little thing.

What do you like about our products and services?

This was my first experience with zerorex - Upon my sister's advice, I called and was thrilled to death with the results. Unfortunately, my carpet had not been cleaned since installation (3 years) and it appears brand new. The technician, Jay, was not only very courteous, but explained the entire procedure and treated me and my animals with respect. I look forward to Jay coming again and cleaning my carpets. I cannot thank you enough for the time, energy and custom service you provided and, will recommend your services to ALL of my friends. My experience from the receptionist to the technician was one of appreciation and look forward to doing business you again. Thank you again.

The carpets always come out great and I like that there is little to no residue left since I have a sensitivity to chemicals. Also, the reps are so nice. I wouldn't use any other company.

my carpets really are cleaned what i like least is the customer service dept dont know what they are doing and they didnt tell me about the fuel surcharge of 8 dollars
