CREW WAS FRIENDLY & MOVED FURNITURE VERY CAREFULLY, HOWEVER THEY LEFT OUR HEAVY DINING ROOM TABLE SITTING ON A VERY WET CARPET. YOU SHOULD HAVE PROVIED THE CUPS THAT STOP THAT PROBLEM. I paid the extra $60 for each room pet treatment and one room still looks dirty and like it has not been cleaned. I also paid $900. to get my tiles cleaned and I don't see that big of a difference plus my grout looks alot more porous than it was.

I would like the one room recleaned again to see if it will improve.

The technicians were very nice and knowledgeable however, when asked about the still dirty looking carpet was told it couldn't be cleaned any better.

I hear the advertisements and I'm not seeing the same results.

I was very upset. The technician, Casey, did a good job but after he was finished cleaning he asked if I wanted scotchguard on the carpet. I asked him how much and he responded with $25. It was not clear to me that he meant $25/per room. It was only when he gave me the final number that I realized it was $25/room. I was so mad and felt deceived. Casey did offer to reduce it to half but by that time the work was done and I had already written the check. I felt royally screwed. I will not be recommending you company to family and friends.
I got the "carpet cleaning deal" offered by KLUV for 4 rooms for $99.00. I think your "deal" is a sham.

Products are green based and drying time is quick. The whole operation was done quickly and there wasn't any noisy equipment brought into the house.

Your representatives show up on time; they are courteous; and, of primary importance to me, they do an excellent job. My carpets look brand new after a Zerorez cleaning.

When I pay $60 extra per room for pet stains, make sure that they come out!

The technician was great and the carpet really appeared to be clean. Zerorez was referred to us by our neighbor as she claimed you could get anything out of carpeting. Most of our carpets look great but after our living room dried, the spots that we paid extra to have treated re-appeared. I think the overall cleaning was good but am already disappointed that a few stains have shown up.

My quote was 99.00 on the phone and I ended up writing a check for 358.72 because the young man who came out convinced me it would make a huge difference. My carpets not only do not look new as Jody Dean advertises on your behalf, they look like they were done with my cheap home carpet cleaning machine. I feel totally taken. I put my remarks on Facebook and heard from others that "yes, zero rez sucks". If I had the time I would pursue getting a refund. I will never use Zerorez again and will tell everyone I know not to use them either.

Service staff of Ben and Jay were outstanding. Explained everything as they went and did a fantastic job on good carpet that had not been cleaned in 10 years. Carpets look like new. Very pleased with the service team, they are the best. Not so pleased with the billing team, although I had an Eversave certificate for 3 rooms of cleaning for $60, they still wanted to charge me the $60 that I had already paid to Eversave. You need to train your teams on how to handle these certificates if you ever want to continue using them.

My service tech was very knowledgeable about products and was very friendly. My carpet turned out so nice and clean, I will use them again and recommend them highly.

My only reservation is that the pricing is quite a bit higher than other companies and I could not see much difference in the final outcome.

Service was excellent; technician was on time, neat, careful, and polite. There were several stains that he simply could not remove, but we figured they were long-shots anyway.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez. Fist time was 2 years ago. It was great. This last time he spent about 30 minutes on three rooms and I was not at all happy with how it looked. There were still dirt spots.

IN ALL HONESTY IT WAS THE TECHNICIAN WHO WAS NOT ONLY FRIENDLY HE WAS CONFIDENT IN HIS WORK AND QUICK TO GET THE SERVICES DONE. HE DID NOT STOP UNTIL A BAD STAIN WAS REMOVED. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE HIM BACK HERE IN THE FUTURE
