My carpet looks and feels like brand new. It had some old stains but they are completely gone. Ceramic tile cleaning got stains out of the grout, really surprised me. Technician was great in explaining how services worked.

How quick Tony cleaned the carpet and how clean the carpet still is a week later. No smell and how quickly it dried.

The work was completed in a timely manner & dried very fast so that it could be walked on very soon after completed. The house smelled so nice and clean.

The technition was wonderful and the carpet appeared very clean. He was on time and finished quickly and carefully. It just seemed a little too expensive.

The carpet turned out great! I really paid a lot to have the tile done... still some dark marks in the grout in the bathroom... then there are bleach looking residue in the grout in the other portions of the home. Don't know if that's right or not.

The guy that came and serviced my carpets was a great guy and seemed to work hard, but once the floor dried I did notice a couple of spots that didn't quit come out. All and All it was ok job. I have to say, I had my carpet done previously by Stanly Steamers and they got the high traffic areas so clean that you couldn't even tell that it was ever dirty.

Products have no odors. Servicemen were very friendly, professional and not pushy. My carpets looked wonderful when they were finished.

I did not think the first job was that great and had decided to contact the carpet installer as the zerorez rep said that it was due to carpet wear while the carpet is less than 2 years old. Your customer service rep insisted that I let you try again. You sent the same rep out and he said the same thing - he also advised that since it had been more than 30 days he would have to charge for the work (I told him that was riduculous as I had contacted you immmediately). He started making the same comments about carpet wear - no point in any further discussion, I showed him the door. An absolute WASTE OF TIME, mine and yours! Did you even think to discuss this BEFORE sending him back out here? It was your idea to try again, not mine, and then your guy REFUSED (unless I paid again)! Previously, I was just disapointed - now, I'm very irate. There is no way that I would recommend your company to anyone.

Follow-up to see if all the stains came out..or what to use on spots that come back very soon.

Add-on costs at time of visit are too cost prohibitive. Should be a better strategy for this type of thing. Technicians on site appear to have 100% flexibility in setting costs.
