I asked for confirmation that the protectant was applied and never received a phone call back. My closet did not appear to be cleaned.

What could we do to improve?

I believed that along with cleaning the grout, repairs to caulking and grout would be made; however, that was not the case. Consequently, I did not go ahead with the total cleaning project I had planned. The carpet cleaning was great, though; and the technician was very pleasant and professional.

What do you like about our products and services?

After years of avoiding having my carpets cleaned because I hate the feeling of the soap in the carpet afterwards, I have never been more pleased with a carpet cleaning service. I was stunned by how much better my carpet looked. Our person was on time, efficient and did a great job. I have already recommended you to several people and know of a couple who have already scheduled an appointment.

Loved how clean my carpets looked after cleaning. Staff was warm and friendly. Got out stains I didn't think could be removed. Very happy!!

What do you like about our products and services?

We like the zero residue feature and the results. This high rating is an overall rating for the three times we co9ntracted your service, but if we were rating only this time, it would be much lower. The operator, Jamal, did a good job on the hall and two bedrooms. The hall was quite dirty and came out really well. We have an open house this Saturday and Sunday and should have sent the oriental carpet out for cleaning - but ran out of time. It had a 2 square foot area deeply soiled from black gumbo off my feet in front of the TV. He wanted to clean it outside on the driveway. I did not like that idea so I said let's forget it. He pressed on, dropped the price and insisted on doing a sample. I said OK, but he sampled a much cleaner area. He was quite proud of how well the overall carpet looked when he finished, but that dark spot does not look $400 cleaner! If anything, having the rest of the carpet clean makes it more noticeable. He asked for an endorsement in his notebook and I spoke well of his work, but in retrospect, I wish I had simply said no. He made it clear all along that he could not do as good a job as we would get sending it out, but he should not have insisted on "working with us" if he did not think he could clean that area well enough that it would not be an eye sore. He is a gifted salesman, but his hard sell and unsatisfactory results leave a bad taste. There is still time for you to examine it and try again if you wish to. Thanks. Charlie Hogge

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Initially, I was pleased that the tech was in and out in an hour. I was also thrilled with the earlier arrival time and the discount I was quoted by phone. However, no discount was worth the time I spent cleaning out the rooms and moving the rug to the garage. I now see why the tech was in and out so quickly. The carpets were saturated in some areas and bone dry in others. It seems that the water was not sucked from the carpets as thoroughly as it should have been, and some areas didn't even appear touched in my daughter's room. I was still picking up cat hair on my feet the morning after the cleaning. The tech said it would take two hours to dry, but I checked before I went to bed (eleven hours later)and the carpet was still damp. We removed items from the closets too, but those were not cleaned. And my rug was still a complete mess with cat hair. I used a lint roller and picked up several rolls of hair and had only worked on about two square feet of the rug. I am completely disappointed!

terrible work and the carpets stained again quickly and we paid for scotchguard and i dont believe it was done. the first timje we used you it was super great..not sure what the problem was

The services are thorough, fast, and long lasting. The clean carpet is very soft and leaves the entire house smelling clean.

Service has always been extremely courtious and friendly. My carpets always look fantastic afterward and along with having the sealant applied they continue to look great for a long time, even though we have a 5 and 9 year old. Thanks for your work and dedication to a great company.

I was told my appointment was between 1 & 3. The tech got to my home around 5. I don't like waiting all day.
I also don't like being told the cost would be $150. and it really cost me $340. Other than a love how my carpets and the tech was really nice. Not hAppy with the overall experience.
