How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Way more expensive than I anticipated. I thought the pet treatment at $60 per room (and not much extra effort required) was very steep. My rooms are small and most all of the spots indicated only showed under the special light.

Every one was great to work with. Kelly who scheduled our appointment was very helpful and we actually had our carpets cleaned sooner than I thought we would since the holiday season is upon us. Richard, our technition, was wonderful to work with. He was polite, had a great attitude when we decided to do the whole house and a couch instead of just four rooms. He is very professional and a hard worker.

No smell on the carpets and carpet seemed to dry faster than when we used Rug Doctor.

my carpet was clean for the second time ever. First time being when we moved it. I had my carpets cleaned before, but you could still see the traffic stains. My hallways were so worn and dirt would not come out. You guys did it. I have already told my friends about how great my carpet looks.

friendly, personalable and capable staff..my carpets look great and my tile floors look brand new and tbey are 20 years old! Glad that no chemicals were used.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Felt pressured to purchase additional services. Did not see that the carpet was pre-treated as advertised, unless the pre-treated means whatever solution is put on the carpet when the carpet is being cleaned. The last carpet cleaner actually pre-treated individual spots before it was cleaned. The carpet is definitely cleaner, but I do see a couple of spots that might have been removed if they had been pre-treated.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After three prior incredible visits, this last weeks' visit was a huge disappointment and cost more than any previous visits. I have pet stains, which I have had previously, and obviously they have never come out completely, but this time was a huge disappointment.
I also had other stains that were are totally clean.
In addition, after being told that it would take approximately four hours to dry, it was well over 24 hrs. later that the "extra" spot cleanings were dry.
Not sure how either that the price was so substantially higher than before. Anyway, I'm afraid that I couldn't recommend Zerorez.

What could we do to improve?

Appointment was on-time, service very professional.
It was disappointing that the day AFTER my service I heard a radio ad for a "special" that was better than the fee offered to me. Obviously, the company knew that there was going to be that special (4 rooms for $99 and I was offered 3 rooms for $99 and each additional room at $50) and I feel it should have been offered to me as a new customer. What a great marketing tool it would have been to say...hey, I know you signed up at 3/$99 but tomorrow we are starting a new special and we'd like to offer this to you. That was irritating. It makes me feel the company is more about the dollar than customer satisfaction.

I was quoted 4 rooms for $99 but was charged 3 rooms for $99 plus one. Not good. Been hearing campaign on the radio for weeks, was quoted the same over the phone. when they got to my house they changed the quote. was quoted $142, paid $214. Carpets looks good but feel "had".

What could we do to improve?

Don't have your scheduling so full and tight that when you give a 'window' of 4:00 to 6:30 to a customer (appt. made two weeks previously) that the technician is so jammed with jobs that he doesn't show up until almost 7:00. And when that happens, please don't offer to reschedule after the customer has house and furniture ready for the cleaning, not to mention having wasted her valuable time. Be accurate with your time slots or make the necessary adjustments in a hurry, especially when it's the last job of the day!

No one at any time mentioned there was a fuel charge. I don't do business with anybody with such sneaky practices.

Also $60 bucks for a few quirts of perfume for pet stains? Really? When the guy offered it I said no thanks it's a marketing gimmick that you guys 100% profit on. He then gave me this sales pitch how this is different,a chemical blah blah blah. Well it was exactly what I thought it would be. He walked in with a sprayer that had a strong smell of 'purdy it up and disquise what I'm spraying it on.

You will not get my business again. $180 dollars for 2 partial rooms. That is by far the biggest rip off I've ever received by any carpet cleaner.

I will share my story with anyone within earshot/facebook shot/email, etc etc etc!

The products do what they are manufctured to do and this is obtained by your employees, like Phillip Stevens, making the procedure work as advertized. We want him to do our carpet again when it needs t be cleaned in the future. He is very professional in his work and very cordial to the customer. And, he explains what work has to be done and how he will do the work.
