Carpet feels good under my feet.

I like the effectiveness of the process and technicians. My carpets are clean and the people are friendly & informative. The price seems to be good also.
Excellent results
The urine smell came back and some of the spots. The smell is worse than before. We spent over $500 and don't feel like it was worth it at all. The technician said there was no guarantee, but thought it would be 98% better.
The technician arrived on time and seemed to have cleaned the carpet well.
Every thing that has been done so far IE. ducts, carpet, are cleaner than they have been in a decade. The 1950's house now smells like a 2011

I like the fact that the work is always done promptly. The person is always pleasant. The only thing is that last time when we had our living room rug cleaned there was a spot that came up after it dried. We called ZEROREZ to have them know this and we never got a return call.
I'm so glad Casey (the technician) talked me into having the stairs done in addition to the two rooms I originally planned on. I initially expressed skepticism that anything could be done for the stairs, which were badly soiled, but he promised me they would "look a 100 times better," and boy, was he right! I was really impressed with the Zerorez product and service. I will definitely use it again!

Seth Hopkins was very patient with my questions. He explained how his services were different from Chem Dry. I have used Chem Dry for 25 years. He was a very nice young man and did a wonderful job. My carpets have not looked this nice, since we had it installed 4 years ago. I look forward to using you again and I will ask for Seth. My husband and I felt he represented your company very well.
Very friendly, informative and helpful technicians! They offered to help and advise in any way they could. It was just a smooth experience. And the spots on my carpet are gone.
My carpet stays much cleaner with no soapy residue left behind to attract dirt. I also love that they kill the bacteria under the carpet keeping any stains from "reappearing" after they clean. I will not use anyone else.

Joe came to our home to clean our carpets and he was on time and very professional! I was pleasantly surprised as to how good the carpets came out. He was able to give new life to them and I am very happy with the results. We have had other vendors clean our carpets in the past and they did not get the carpets as clean as Zerorez did. It was a pleasure doing business with Zerorez! I will definitely call them again.

I feel the add on costs are too high. I had the 3 room deal and had him clean 2 halls. The first hall was a normal hall so I agreed to the fee. The second hall was a small area whech leads to a guest room around the corner. I feel I was ripped off at the cost I was charged for this area. It shoud have been added to the other hall.
Only disappointment was the tech charged me for my very small master bathroom that is part of my master bedroom. It was about 2x5 feet of carpet. I had already added a room prior to showing him the bathroom so I thought he would be able to throw it in. Other carpet companies have never charged me.
Fresh, clean, my carpet looks and feels like brand new.
