The work was much better than I expected as I had numerous pet stains that had built up for some time and that I could not get out with store-bought cleaners. The time involved was minimal, including drying time. The service tech was professional, honest, and dedicated to doing the work well.

I only have 2 rooms with carpet and had old cats that had soiled areas I didn't know about. After putting down a lot of product to make sure no odor or germs would come from these spots, he cleaned them. I haven't seen the stains resurface to date (about 2 weeks). I'm hoping the drying time will drop tremendously the next time I use Zerorez.

Although Terry, the service rep was very nice, there are some spots that did not come out. I would like you to come back and take a look at them. I have Stainmaster carpet. Also, only the living room dried in 4 hours. The rest of the house, including the stairs took about 8 hours to dry.

I'm disappointed that my carpet was not cleaned to my expectation this time because when it was done before I was extremely pleased. The carpet was wet when your technician finished and he said it was because he used a lot of water. One thing I liked about your company is that I didn't have to worry about a damp carpet. Many areas did not get clean-similar areas were cleaned beautifully in the past. I realize that many of these are pet spots and are challenging to clean. But...I believed that if anybody would get my carpet clean it was your company. I actually had recomended Zerorez to friends before I had my carpet done this time. I hope that their carpets are done better than mine was this time.
I'd appreciate having a different service person attempt to clean these areas. When spending this much money, I would hope that I could get quality service. The person who came was pleasant and worked with my schedule which I appreciated tremendously.

The tech was nice, and had some good advice on my desired additional cleaning of my funiture. However, the cleaning process did not seem to match up with the tv or other adveritzed results. Three specific seperate spots (among others), that were the reason I went with your company, and I pointed them out, and was told that they had come out of the carpet during the 'special cleaning process', actuall re-appeared just several hours after the cleaning of those spots. The carpet drying time was over twice as long as was informed. None of the more 'trafficed' areas showed any signs of improvement (which I was warned against), never-the-less, was disappointing.

The service technician was wonderful and obviously take pride in his work. Also love the lack of chemicals.

It was just that after he left I found a straight blue stain line almost 36 inches long and 3 inches wide at the widest point left from the rug I sent to be cleaned. He had moved furniture around it so I guess he just missed it. Although from the beginning it was all about making the rest of the carpet match the lighter rectangular area from the rug. I didn't even see the stain until after he was gone. He never mentioned it. I also saw several spots come back in the high use areas as they dried which he said would not happen. I was impressed that the over job was neatly managed, he was clean and personable and I understood him at all times.Most of the carpet looks brand new, but it looked better when it was wet in the high traffic areas.

I liked that there were no chemicals involved. The service was excellent and the young man who steamed my carpets was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My carpets look great!!!! Thank you for a very positive experience.
