Zerorez cleans carpets without chemicals and soap leaving the carpet beautiful and soft. The service is excellent, professional and efficient. The technician who cleaned my carpet was professional, polite, and worked to give the best possible results for the customer. I was very refreshing to have someone intent on doing the best possible job, being proud of his work, and to do it with enthusiasm.

What do you like about our products and services?

Our carpets are old and were very dirty from major renovation work this summer. Joe Martin, the technician who cleaned for us, did an amazing job - the carpet looks better than it has in years. He got out all the spots, even some old pet stains that we thought were permanent. In addition, he cleaned an upholstered recliner that had been in our garage for a year - it looks almost like new. I will definitely use your company again and will recommend it to friends.

YOUR TECHS HAVE BEEN HELPFUL AND FLEXIBLE I AM HANDICAPPED AND WHEELCHAIR-BOUND MOST OF THE TIME IT MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO PREPARE THE ROOMS BEFOREHAND ALSO FROM MY SITTING ANGLE i DON'T SEE ALL THE PROBLEM AREAS I.E. STEPS AND LANDINGS CORNERS AND BEHIND TABLES.
TERRY MORTON AND CEASAR WERE VERY HELPFUL. i'M NOT A GREAT FAN OF THE TILE AND GROUT CLEANING
NOT ENOUGH DIFFERENCE TO WARRENT THE EXPENSE. CARPET SEEEMED TO HOLD MOISTURE A LOT LONGER
THIS CLEANING DRY CARPET IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH MY HANDICAP.

What could we do to improve?

Second time we have used zerorez and the first time they did an excellent job. This time I can still see some stains that I honestly think had he not rushed through would have come out. So I am not as pleased as with the first cleaning (Seth did it). Nice kid did it this time (Ricky) but he was not as thorough as the first guy.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

the technician was very pushy. I wanted the special advertised on the radio for $99.00 and once he got here the bill was going to be almost 3 times that amount. Once he was done he pushed a notepad in front of me and made me write a good review for him.

The carpet did look good for about 24 hours and then most of the stains were back.

Your tech was very efficient and courteous.

The only problem, when my company comes for Thanksgiving Dinner, I may have them stay outside. It would be a sad thing if the mess it up!!

My carpets never looked so good after a cleaning. I was extremely impressed with the techs that came out. Very knowledgeable about the different carpets and services needed to bring the carpet back to life.

Excellent job.

There was a mix up on my service. It was scheduled for Nov. 15 for someone to show up betweeen 4-5:30. No on showed up. Ricki called my husband around 1:30 and said something about doing "the stairs". We never had stairs to do, so my husband told him, no it's just the 3 rooms (living, bathroom and bedroom) Ricki said someone would be there later today. At 6:30 when no one showed up, I called this Ricki person and he tells me something about it being rescheduled to 11/29. I have to wait until the next morning to call someone, and even Debbie tells me that it was re-scheduled to 11/29. Said that someone talked to a man and a woman, went on to say to they wouldn't have re-scheduled it without talking to us. Well, no one talked to us about re-scheduling to 11/29, so someone at ZeroREz dropped the ball on this one. However Debbie was able to schedule someone out on 11/16 and the carpets looked fantastic as always.

he made my house smell horrable and it was better before he came out to do the job. my house still smells like a dead cat i even called and had little to no response I used you for 5 years 2 and i hate how the sales pitch was so pushy to purchase other products. i bought the air filter and it was freaken junk blew up my air conditioner unit. cost me 5,000 bucks to fix. then the next time i had you out i was just forced to get the air purrifier. was a piece of crap smelled and ran my eletric bill. so i have desided that you are fired i will call amyone other than you.
and my house still freaken stinks whats said is i freaken paid for this awfull smell was imbarising had company fly in to smell dead cat

You have some of the most courteous and professional people working for you. They go through the process of seeing where trouble spots are before they start. The carpets always look amazing after they are done.

The cost quoted on the phone doubled when your tech arrived. Techs did not actually move
any light furniture - like a chair or small table. I moved those while they started their
work. Their number one goal appeared to be to get out of here quick. About 99% of the
spots that I was concerned about came out.

we had never used a carpet service before, I did not trust them, but
after listening to your ad on the radio we decided to give Zerorez a try..

we are so glad that we did, the carpet turned out great, Tony, the tech
was a super pro and so nice to work with.. we would recommend your service
to anyone and when it comes time to give the tech a raise, be sure to give him
a good one

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have used Zerorez several times and this experience was a major dispointment! Luke and a 2nd man were very polite, however after much pressure to buy a "deep cleaning" service I told them that I just wanted the normal cleaning as my carpets had a few spots but were not too dirty...which Luke agreed with. From that point on Luke was on "high speed" and gone in flash! When the carpets finally dried (over 7 hours later) I was able to inspect them...wow, was I surprised when I noticed several spots in an area of approximately 10" x 10" in front of the loveseat..as well as a small stain in the master bedroom...I cleaned all the spots with good ole Resolve...I should not have needed to clean anything and the carpets have never taken more than 2 hours to dry completely. I feel that since the deep cleaning service for $179 was not purchased, the rush to get to the next appointment was apparent.
Your techs have always tried to sell a higher cost service but this is the first time a service tech did a "rush job" that was a big disappointment. Needless to say, not only were spots remaining...so was a lot of water!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I expected 4 rooms for 99,99. Instead I ended up paying $331.66. All I had done was a large den ,staircase, hallway and 1 bedroom. I was charged $5.00 for each stair, etc. etc. I felt like I was really taken advantage of. I have had previous people and companies shampoo my carpet, and never had to pay this high price. The person was at my house less then 30 minutes. I really feel that I was taken advantage of and am very displeased.

What could we do to improve?

My granite looks food so only time will tell how it holds up. The price was a difficult pill to swallow not truly knowing the longevity of the service. Our tech, Brad, worked with us and I appreciate his time.
