Woo Hoo. Love your service. My house smells and feels so fresh. You cleaned a rug and couch and the colors are brilliant now. Didnt know it would make that much difference. I love it ! Thank you
They were prompt and efficient. Explained the situation with rooms and space and halls and baths. They went to work... called me in for an inspection early on in the process. Picked up the small stuff and isolated with pads the larger stuff. Plan on having Tyree back next year.. First name removed

I have used multitude of carpet cleaners in our ore joule house of 20 years so I have plenty to compare service and technician knowledge on.
The $99 special cost about $174. I still have numerous spots on the carpet. My husband and I are now on our hands and knees with Carpet cleaner, cleaning up the spots left. At our age we can only do a tiny bit a day.
I had taken Jodie Dean at his word that the spots would be gone NOT!!. The carpet cleaner is getting up the spots==just alot of work for a husband and wife in their lates 60's and early 70's.

Zerorez is very professional and courteous. The two gentlemen who cleaned our carpets were very friendly. They gave us suggestions on how to clean future spills and how to keep our carpets looking their best. After 7 years of wear and tear, our carpets look amazing. A few stains such as a old red kool-aid stain was not removed completely, but we are not asking for miracles.
You came out 2x's to do my carpet. It was expensive and not worth the money. In one room I feel like the carpet is MUCH more nappy than before we had your service. I really don't even feel like my carpets are much more clean than before your visit. I was VERY disappointed in the service we received :(

I do not know if the problem is my carpet or not but in areas they did not improve the look of my high traffic areas. As it took a long time to dry I had hoped those areas would have looked better in my family room.
Service is good and the result is great. Just not prepared for the cost of the other rooms beyond the "Special" 3 room deal.
The actual carpet cleaning was great. Other issues as follows:
1. Technician did not keep time promised. I understand that was due to some scheduling issues at the office.
2. The vacuum hose had a residue on it and left black marks on the baseboards that I did not notice until after the technician left.
3. There are oil spots on my driveway where the truck leaked oil. Obviously, I had no way of knowing this until the technician had pulled away.
I have you used your services for 9 years now & will continue to use them. The people are courteous & respectful of me as well as my possions. The carpets look like new when they leave & they don't leave until I am perfectly satisfied. They even go out of their way with our dog.
Carpets are 10 years old and look like new! Zerorez cleans without leaving behind streaks! Quick, efficient, and wonderful results!
I was very pleased with the service, but I did feel like we were way overcharged for the pet cleaning. We were charged 3 fees of $60.00 each for pet cleaning. Yes, we had very minor stains in two rooms and a very large area in the dining room and I don't think the fees should have been the same for all three rooms. I would have rather the bill been $180.00 for pet stain removal than $60.00 for each room when there was no comparison to the amount of stains. That is just my opinion and I did pay what was quoted, but I feel I was overcharged. So in answer to your above question, I would like the quotes to be worded differently or the bill to be done differently.
We originally had an appointment set up for Saturday from 10-1. We got a phone call on Friday explaining that a truck was down and we would be scheduled between 1-4. Not too big of a deal, except someone called from the office at 4:30 on Saturday explaining the tech was finishing up a job and would be right over. We heard from no one else and the tech showed up at 7:30. This is unacceptable. We would have canceled and sent the tech away, but we had moved all the living room furniture and both our daughters' bedroom furniture out of their rooms. The tech did not finish until nearly 9 pm. We could not move furniture back...including our little girls' beds. Our living room was/is still wet at 9pm on Sunday. We have been inconvenienced all weekend because ofthe very late arrival of the tech. I sat around all late afternoon waiting on a tech instead of going to work. I am very disappointed in my experience with your company. The floors look great, but I'm not sure if I could recommend you to anyone because of my experience.
We had it cleaned in March with the pet treatment and most of it came back. Also it took about 24 or more hours to dry. Yesterday our appt was between 11:00 and 1:30 and at 1:35 no one had called or come. Upon calling the person I spoke with called the tech and said he was running late. I had originally asked for an early morning appt and when they confirmed my appt it was middle of the day.
That it's green & no chemicals or residue left behind. Also that it's safe for animals. Very good job on the carpet & my chair. Stephen was very nice & knowledgable about the services, paid alot of attn to detail.
