Miracle workers at getting pet stains out!
Zerorez lives up to its claims; they can get out stains that others cannot.
Spots do not come back and carpets look good as new. Crews are trustworthy,
competent and neat. They are friendly while still being considerate of your private surroundings. You may pay a little more than the usual cleanings but my dad
taught me as a child that 'you get what you pay for'......Zerorez is worth the
money!
Service was quick, efficient and very good. I was pleased with the results.

i do like how clean my carpets looked,but this time was a little disappointed on how the master bedroom turned out.
No chemicals. Floors dried very quickly. Technician was very professional. Explained process before cleaning and verified which rooms/areas I wanted cleaned. The only furniture that needed moving was sectional and he placed back in exact same spot. I liked that he covered his shoes when he first came into house. He did remove shoe covers during cleaning then put back on before walking on any area he had cleaned. Carpet looks very good.
Have had Zerorez here to clean carpet several times, have never been disapointed. They have gotten paint and oil (cooking) out of my carpet. What other carpet cleaner can do that? I have also recommended Zerorez to several friends and family who have also been amazed at this company.

Every thing! I was certain some of the stains and grime on my carpet were "there to stay" despite cleaning; however, I was wrong. Zerorez did a fabulous job! I can't even remember how dirty and stained my off-white carpet was before you came! Thanks!

I wasn't aware until I received my receipt that I had been charged a $8 gas surcharge. I wasn't told about this charge when I scheduled the appointment or when the tech told me the total amount. When I was showing the techs the rooms that I wanted cleaned, we discussed my two hallways. WHen I have used Stanley Steemer and Dalworth in the past, they did not charge me for the hallways and I told your tech that. He told me that he found that "interesting." But when I was paying, he told me that he charged me for one hallway. I find these two instances to be very unprofessional and unethical. Charges need to be discussed before services are rendered. Since I hadn't received a receipt two days following cleaning, I called Customer Service and requested one. That's when I found out about the gas surcharge when it was emailed to me. I responded back to your rep who remailed the receipt with the above information and did not receive any type of reply or followup. Again, very unprofessional on your part. I waited until today to respond to this request for feedback, giving your company the benefit of the doubt about responding. Since my cleaning was Aug 30, I have given ample opportunity. For these reasons, I cannot and will not recommend your company. Since the charges were not disclosed or discussed prior to cleaning, I feel some type of compensation is in order.

charge less money for pet stain removal...I truly felt like I were being gouged. It was not effective and I ended up pitching the rug anyway.
The service was way over priced. Once someone got here prices kept going up and up. Then the carpet cleaner aka salesman told me that unless I paid $65 more per room (In addition to the $65/room already being charge) I would still have urine in my carpet and wanted me to 'smell it'. I felt like I was at a Used Car Lot.

There were so many hidden costs versus a flat rate per rug. I could have purchased a new area rug by the time he left.
My carpet looks clean ..no spots left!! The house smells fresh too. The tech did a great job, he gave some hints on how to reduce traffic pattern areas. He was on time..alittle early in fact, and finished in just over an hour. I'm very happy with your service. Thanks!
The best carpet cleaning service I have ever used, and I've used more than a few.

The Zerorez guys were great at explaining everything. They were efficient and tidy. And, they found some issues in my unit that needed to be addressed. I would use them again for sure.
