Always do a thorough job and the techs are always nice.

AS soon as your representative came thru the door he started in on the "up sell", something I find very offensive. Now we know that your radio adds are just the starting point for a bait and switch operation. The one and only reason for calling a carpet cleaning company is to get dirty carpets cleaned. Just do what you say you can do at the advertised price. Had I agreed to all the recomendations the price would have been around $500 bucks for no more than 30 yards of carpet. Not such a good deal.
You advertize one price and the job is finished you charge 3 times as much.I will not
recommend you to any body.But I will notify the Better Business Bureau

the only comment I have is that the cleaning head has left a stripe that shows the direction the cleaning head was run. I hope that after several vacuumings the problem will disappear.

I need to call you. The carpets look better. The living room carpet still smells really bad and we paid extra for deordizer.
You have a great product and have wonderful technicians who want to give you the best service possible. I love the fact that you will come out and retreat if the carpet needs additional attention.
I like the fact that you can see the dirt, as well as soap from other cleanings, coming out of the carpet.
I was happy with Brad the tech, he did an awesome job, once he showed up.
I was called and asked if Zero Rez could come earlier than the appointment, I said ok. Then they DID NOT show up for almost 3 hours.
That started out bad. I was told that a dispatcher should have called me back to let me know a truck had broken down. Which they did NOT. Would like for you to advertise that along with the $99 service you need to talk about the fuel charge.
I have 3 friends at work who would might use you guys, but not sure what type of service would be given to them?
But once again, once the tech show up, he was professional and did a great job. Thank you Brad..
It took several calls before we could get someone to schedule an appointment (we did get a call from the president, that was very nice). When the guy came out he came in and was packing up in 5 minutes of arrival. I pointed out several noticeable stains and he took 10 minutes to clean those. Overall I dont have a lot of confidence that my carpets are cleaned as well as they could be. There are a few lite stains still in my carpet. It's frustrating because I have only 500 square feet to clean but it would be nice if zerorez would have taken more care of us considering it took a half a dozen or so calls to have them come clean my little shop and then take good money for just 15 minutes of work.

PS How can you go wrong with a company whose acronym brand name works going forward and backward and leaves no residue behind!

I like the fact that you do not use detergents or other chemicals which always appear to just attract dirt later on. Using the high temperature water makes me feel that my carpet is cleaner and not full of toxic chemicals. I also believe this method kills more of the bacteria, mold, and such that get into the filaments of the carpet. In the past, once I had a carpet cleaned, it just seemed to get soiled that much quicker-- not so with Zerorez. I have recommended it to all my family and friends.
Your wonderful product removed the stains from my carpet and left it looking beautiful and feeling clean. I'll never call another company again! Thanks also for a great experience with your company.
Discontinue the use of "scare" tactics by the carpet cleaner in order to sell additional services.

Does not leave a sticky, gummy feel to the carpet. Smells great and the most important, my carpets always come really clean. Great job.
