Insist that the customer physically accompany the tech as he treats soiled or problem areas, so that all receive pretreatment and are successfully cleaned. I have a dirty spot in the middle of my living room that remains, while more difficult stains that were treated were effectively removed. Also, consider techs who are homeowners or have a respect for the customer's property. I had to ask that foam be placed under my furniture so my nice wooden pieces were not sitting in damp carpet. Also, I will have to repair and repaint several areas of woodwork and outside wall corners where the ribbed hose marred and chipped away paint.
Your associate confirmed the work to be done, set up and finished quickly. The results were even better than expected.
I was very dissappointed, the special price ended up being $800.00 mostly because of pet stains and that didn't seem to help very much. I don't think the carpet looked much better after it was cleaned.The 2 men were very friendly and personable, but I wouldn't reccommend your services.

My husband had things to do besides wait from 1:00 - 4:00 for you to show up. At 4:00, he finally called you and was told it would be 9:00PM before someone could come.
That is not what you advertise and I was very disappointed. However, the carpet was clean.

You provide the best cleaning I have found. Your employees to come to the house are very polite and helpful. I can't use you often because you're too expensive but you do a great job.
WE requested for you to be there first thing in the morning. You did not arrive until after 1:00. This caused a real problem for us.
