Brad was super nice and friendly, but most importantly, very knowledgeable about carpet stains and and the cleaning process. The carpet in one of our bedroom's was embarrassingly dirty. I thought we might need new carpet. I was amazed at the results. Thank's Brad.
The fact that you leave no residue behind. Your phone people need to enlighten the customer about the upcharge for deep cleaning instead of just metioning the $99 special it would make for much better customer relations. Your tech did an excellent job and did a one+ service not charging extra for the deep clean; as my wife was very upset that we were not warned in advance of the deep cleaning up charge.
Clear, direct, efficient and informative. The professionals were on time, they reviewed the working area, gave direction for items that would be impossible to clean and cleaned what could be cleaned very well. Very pleasant experience.

I heard about Zerorez on 94.9 KLTY and decided to give them a try. I have a 2.5 year old toddler and a baby on the way and the carpets were looking pretty spotty due to several "sippy cup incidents". The technicians that came to my home were very friendly and polite. The lead technician, Joe Martin, did his best to work with me regarding the cost of cleaning the carpets as well as the tile in the kitchen. Although I opted not to clean the kitchen tile due to it being an unbudgeted expense that my husband and I had not saved towards, Mr. Martin made several attempts to work with me on the price. I love how clean the carpets look! I would definitely recommend Zerorez and have already done so. I liked the fact that my toddler can run around on the carpet and I didn't worry about her getting into any chemicals.
very professional - but I do hate that you are asked to add on "extras" that are extremely costly
Technician was wonderful. He was honest about which stains and areas he could really make a difference in. We have some very damaged carpeted areas and he recommended replacement as did another company. Thank you for not treating these impossible to clean rooms.
My lamp was broken when my end table was moved. I was not told and found out later, when we moved the furnitue back!

I like how it is easy to get an appointment and that you don't use chemicals on the carpet. But, when my carpets were cleaned this past Saturday it has taken OVER 24 hours for my carpet to dry!! I'm not sure if the guy just didn't suck up the extra water or what. It has never taken this long for my Capet to dry. If you can call me please do. Phone number removed Name removed

This is the second time I have used Zerorez and so far the service has been great - the techs seem to know what they are doing - I have been satisfied with the end result - only one small issue - I had you clean my chair - tech said it was kinda like dry cleaning it - well please let the customer know to open the windows - the fumes knocked me out for hours - I never made it back to work the fumes were that strong -
I have heard Gene and Julie talk about you on the radio - the last time you gave me a certificate for a jewelry store - no I never used it - I think there are maybe only one of the stores in the surrounding area and it is not an area I am familiar with -

Pricing was misleading. Spots did not come out even though I paid 5x the expected price.
The technician was prompt and courteous. The centers of the rooms look beautiful, but the edges are darker and appear not to have been cleaned. I admit that they looked like this before, but I was hoping that the cleaning would improve that appearance, but it did not. In some cases it appears that no effort was made to close the door to do the edge behind the door.

I am very disappointed in your telephone service staff that makes the appointments. I called for the 4 room special for $99.95 and when Luke came he had me for 3 rooms for $99.95. Your phone staff should ask more questions regarding pets and additional room charges. If they would have asked me up front and I could have planned for it, I probably would have gotten the pet treatment - BUT - I guess they make a very general statement during the conversation that did not ring any bells when it was made because I was shocked when my $100 service was going to be $220. I only did the basic service plus 1 additional room. I had recommended you to friends and I don't know that I would be so inclined to do that in the future now that I had my bad experience. Tell people in advance about additional charges - not when the technician arrives to do the carpets.
Luke was an excellent technician with great customer service skills and tried very hard to make my service the best.
