promptness,courtesy and honesty
The two men who came out were very professional and did a great job. My only complaint was that after they left there was a large amount of grease on the street right in front of my driveway where their truck was parked. There were even several blobs of grease, like axle grease that I had to clean up.
Brad is a clean-cut man; English is his first language; he was polite and efficient and did a really great job. Our carpet looks new.
Preston did an excellent job answering questions and scheduling. He called to tell us the time--as he said he would.
We have already recommended Zerorez and will definitely call you again.
Zerorez removed the old doggie peepee stains from the carpet that would always return after "other" carpet cleanings. I was shocked at how well this product worked!! Best of all no horrible "musty" carpet cleaning solution smell!!! Outstanding carpet cleaning company!!
No chemicals are used
1. The carpet did not come as clean as I expected after hearing advertising on the radio. I don't necessary blame the operator he worked very hard and appeared to do a good job. I think the ADVERTISING is misleading.
2. There is at least one water stain/mark on a seat back. Seeing that I only see one for sure I feel safe in assuming it's not a fabric issue.
3. When they dried, the seat bases and backs are mottled with both clean and discolored (soiled?) streaks.
4. The next day when fully dry and we came into the coach it still smelled like DOG.
The operator was courtious, professional, and worked with me.

The quality of the cleaning is excellent. The employees are professional, courteous, efficient, and prompt. The customer service staff is friendly, customer-oriented, and eager to please the customer. I do recommend Zerorez to friends. Huge positive difference in the cleanliness of carpet and floor when done by Zerorez. Would not go back to any other cleaning company.
I have used other places to clean my carpet and by far Zerorez does the best job. My carpet stay looking fresh and clean longer and it takes them less time to complete the job!
It was difficult to reach my service technician and some miscommunication occurred. Hard to find a live person to help on day of service.
While my carpet looks better from the pet stains, they don't smell that much better. I feel like I paid a lot of money, just to get rid of part of the problem.
The fact that it made the 18 month old carpet in a rental property
that we own look like new again was great!!!! Also that it felt good and
the whole house smelled so fresh & clean.

Zerorez is a superior method of cleaning - my carpets are truly clean and smell fresh. The technician provided information that helped me make decisions and he did a great job.
Not charge $5 for each step. I got a "deal" of 3 rooms for $119 but my steps more than tripled the final cost. Or at least state that it "$5 per step" not "$5 per stair." Seems very misleading. Are steps really that difficult to do?
The quoted price was significantly higher when the tech came to my home; even though I had stated on the phone that my main problem was pet stains.
Cleaning without chemicals
I am disappointed in how the stairs and some of the high traffic areas turned out. They didn't come as clean as I would have liked. Can you re-do those?
