come back and get wax out of living room. when it was cleaned i pointed out a red stain..turned out to be wax and when it was gone over again it came right out..i had to point it out, then it was easily removed. however there was another white wax residue next to fireplace i feel he could have gotten out also just like he did the red one once it was gone over again. i feel he must have seen it like the red one i requested for him to try again on. point being red stain was removed but only after i requested..he did not go the extra effort maybe because i did not point out white wax...if red came out then white would have too!!

On time and the cleaning is absolutly amazing.

I was told the time was one window when it was the next. I was given a discount that helped but had the first person I spoke with argue that i was incorrect. The technician required that I show him all spots and identify what they were. I have never had to do this before. I then had to walk through and point out several of the same spots when he was done to get him to get them out. The next day one of our bushes directly beside the driveway and where the truck was parked that was perfectly healthy in the morning was dead the following day. It appears that the hot water was spilled/drained into that bed and killed the shrub and the flowers in the immediate area. The technician was a very nice guy but there were definitely some problems.

My carpet look like new. Keith worked hard to make everything look great. Took the time to make sure I liked the results.

Well you advertise getting rid of pet stains and that didn't happen. You need to specify certain pet stains, not make it sounds like all pet stains.

Tony did such a great job! We felt like he was working on our carpet just as hard as if he were working on the carpets at his own home. He was very thorough and went over several areas more than once to make sure they got as clean as possible. We are so glad that he was our tech.

It met and exceeded our expectation. Your technicians had a problem earlier in the day with their truck but committed to have it fixed and still came the day of the appointment. When both members in the household work it was important that a half day off was used productively.
