Too pricey

I have areas that I think should have had some extra special attention. Some of the areas came back so I called you to come back to redo that area. I think the guy you sent back was Chris . I did not like his cleaning. The person who came out the first time did a better cleaning job. I understand it was not really his fault the spots re-appeared. The spots were deep in the pad and worked there way back to the surface

The process you perform on my carpet keeps them clean for a while even with three active dogs. The technicians are always friendly and professional.

I am not happy with the hall traffic area that it did not get as clean as I expected. My carpet is only 4 yrs old, person who recommended said her carpet looked fabulous. I may want to have the hall cleaned a second time to see if it makes an improvement. I'll call to set up an appt.

No residue. carpets are clean with pet treatment removing stains. The tile cleaning and sealing was OK but I expected more of a polished look when finished. I offered to move the furniture with the technician but he said that was not necessary; did not get under the couch with tile cleaning. I had already moved most of the furniture and what was left was light and easily moved; just needed a hand with lifting the end of the sofa and chair.

We were the last appt of the day and we expected the worst. Your crew was running a few minutes late, but called prior to our appt time to let us know - which we appreciated. They arrived fresh and were very professional.

There is a stain on the carpet (marked from a flower vase that used to sit there) that i pointed to the technician before cleaning. He was not able to remove it. I forgot what his reason was. But anyway, later on my husband was able to remove it with some of over the counter stuff. It s disappointing how we pay a professional to clean some problem stain unsuccessfuly for something we could do ourselves.

It was obvious you used a different system from everyone else by the fact that there was no buckling of the carpet, and it really did dry in just a couple of hours. I was delighted by how successfully some unfortunate pet stains came out, as well, knowing that the clean went far deeper than what the eye can see.

I was very pleased with the results of the cleaning and the professionalism was what I had hoped for but not seen much in the world these days...

It just got a little expensive for my budget. I had 150.00 to spend and ended with bill of over 200.00... And that was with a 39.00 off coupon... I like a clean carpet, but am retired and don't feel good about going over my budget. That really is not your problem to correct.

Your technician worked very hard. Anthony was very nice and did everything asked of him. He wore shoe covers, used the fans, and pretreated the spots.

Your products and application procedure are great. Your techs are professional, courteous, respectfull and have the skills and knowledge to do the job right the first time.

The carpet cleaning was mediocre at best, and we ended up paying almost double the dollar amount stated in sales literature. Then having to deal with the huge oil spots left by the service rep in our driveway were terrible. Manager dispatched someone to pressure wash driveway next day, but the service rep acid washed instead. He left two giant very clean spots in our driveway which was horrible. We had to get back on the phone to the manager to get something else done. The manager wanted us to take pictures of the problem to email to him which he looks at two days later and agrees they are bad so is going to send out a supervisor who is experienced to complete the cleanup of the driveway. The second cleanup was done yesterday, and it is a splotchy mess! The bottom part of the driveway was not touched except for a white streak down one side where the acid wash probably ran down the curb. We are trying to sell our house which is why we called zerorez to clean the carpet in the first place. Things just seem to have gone from bad to worse. Also, we saw in our email that was sent to us when we scheduled the cleaning that the truck was never supposed to be in the driveway in the first place, but in the street in front of the house. We are at our wits end as to what to do next. Any suggestions?

They did not place protection on the wall corners until my wife saw they were damaged. It was not a big deal to us since we recently painted and had some left over to fix. If that was not the case and we did not have paint on hand I would have been very upset.

Otherwise we were very pleased with the service. The technicians were knowledable and friendly.
