The man that did the cleaning worked very hard. I would rate him as a 10, but he wasn't able to arrive until 4:30 pm. I really don't see much difference in the cleaning than an ordinary cleaning.
I like that they are earth friendly and they work.
They work! My carpets are deep-down, absolutely clean!
And, the service technician was very polite and efficient.

They are healthy for the home
The technicians are neat, efficient, professional and courteous. I like the fact that they show up with a large truck marked with the company name (I had other companies with people driving their own cars)and uniforms. The service is very good and the price is reasonable.
The knownledgable experience of the technican regarding treating the carpet for the appropiate spotting and the desire to completely clean the carpet to the clients satifactory.
The technician was great. The carpets look good. Just wish it cost less. The specials you run are a real pull, but when you add additional rooms, pet treatment, etc. it's more than I anticipated.

Be upfront on rates. advertise one rate, but to receive proper cleaning requires additional services and more money.

The personnel were very careful with furniture and corners of walls. The carpet looked like new when they were done, and it even smelled clean. It was completely dry by the end of the day.
My carpet is clean and lovely and you did not use harsh chemicals.
I like that they are safe for my pets to walk on immediately after everything is done. I don't have to be concerned that they are going to get something unhealthy on their feet and then lick it off. When your pets are family, that is important.
Your cleaning professionals are very friendly and thorough. It was amazing to see the difference in my carpets. Job well done!

Zero residue
The service man was nice, but not as professional as the as the service man the first time I used your services.
Made our 17 yr old carpet look like new again !! We hadn't had it cleaned in a while, and with a cat in our house, made the carpet even more horrible.
Mark was very nice, friendly, and knew what he was doing and talking about. He explained everything to us, left no info out. And answered all our questions.
I even told Mark, the carpet is so bright and new looking now !!

I had one stain that could not be gotten out. I thought it would. Your guy worked on it , but with no success.
Our technician, Mike Laga, was great - worked incredibly hard in our big house with lots of messes from kids and dogs and did a wonderful job. Didn't even mind my kids following him around with a video camera so he could star in a music video! Carpets looked great, no residue as promised.
