The fact that my carpets look almost new. The young man (Ben) explained what he was going to do and he took care of most of the spots that I was concerned about. This was the second time that I had used Zerorez and I will definitely use the company again.

My carpets turned out more beautiful than I expected! He even got out PAINT that was dried into my carpet for a couple of years! The carpets dried very quickly, and my whole house felt very fresh!
The person who came to my home was on time, polite and made sure that I was going to be pleased with the results before he completed the entire carpet cleaning. The carpet looked great when he was finished and there were no surprised regarding price.

Not hide the extras. On the advertisement getting 4for 99. Pet stains up price for a total of 180 little high but you were already here.
Price Reduction
The price and level of service were Vastly disproportionate. I still have areas which are unclean and I paid over $700 for my service. I would not recommend Zerorez to others based on my experience.
Dependable service, and excellent customer service.
I like that it "green" ingredients that are safe for the environment. I also feel the "some" stains do not return after cleaning.

Like the way Zerorez goes about their cleaning. The on-line scheduling was great. The worker (Brad) was professional and gentle with our furnishings, wood floors, and walls. No touch up paint needed, thank you very much! Our carpets came out cleaner than I imagined possible and without any "perfumy" odor afterwards. The carpets look clean and feel fluffy again. The one dog stain we had came up with no return and the traffic patterns areas look as good too. Brad took the time needed to work on those areas to produce the quality results. We will definitely recommend your service to our friends!
Zerorez uses no harsh chemicals and therefore takes the dirt away instead of just covering it up.
I used another service and not one day later the stains had reappeared, you couldn't even tell the carpets had been cleaned. It cost me $200 for nothing. Zerorez came out and for literally half the cost cleaned my carpets and the results were fabulous! The service is amazing and so are the results. I am a customer for life!
