I requested pet treatment on 2 of my rooms. Not only did those stains come back worse than they had been, but new stains appeared.
A company with a great product doen't have to bait a customer with a low price and then for every little extra charge a huge fee. What started out 99.00 quickly turned into just under 250.00. Also, I paid extra for treatments that were not even guaranteed. I noticed that the attachment used did not get close to the outside edges of the carpet close to the baseboard. You should get another attachment that will get closer.
With that being said...the carpet did look great and I think it was a good value. I will probably use your company again.

Carpet was cleaner than any other service I've used in the past. Technician took his time and made sure the carpet was thoroughly cleaned. He was very professional and courteous. I was very pleased and have already recommended Zerorez to friends and family!

The carpets did get cleaned but the pressure of purchasing more services is too much. I just got back from having a medical procedure, still not feeling quite myself and all I wanted was my carpets cleaned and the representative kept trying to convince me that my house smelled like urine and was trying to sell me a pet cleaning for $478.00 more than the $99.00 cleaning that I signed up for. When I told him that I could not afford it at this time he reduced the price by $120.00 - with a 90% guarantee that all would be taken care of. Last time a rep came out and tried selling me an ac filter for $500.00 - all I wanted was my carpets cleaned. I understand that we all need to make money but I just don't want pressured into something that I don't need.
Excellent customer service in my experience with Riley for your inside sales and sales support. I hope management realizes what a jewel you have in Riley . Brad, the tech that provided the actual service arrived promtly with a smile and could easily comprehend what my expetations were. I am very pleased with the results, and would highly recommend to my friends and family and will continue to use your service for years to come.
Gret job cleaing the floors
The whole day was wasted waiting for call backs from your General Manager and dispatch. The calls NEVER came as promised. When the original truck arrived at 10:30 am, it was malfunctioning. The mechanic never showed up. A man came out, supposedly the cleaner's boss, they all tried to get the equipment to work w/o success. I was supposed to receive a call when new truck would arrive but no calls, despite several attempts to contact them by me (left many messages) and finally got a dispatcher on the phone who advised the new truck would arrive @6 pm. VERY POOR customer service. I am not sure I will use Zerorez again. Good job but bad service.
the technician that came to my home to clean my carpets was in and out in 20 minutes, we required 400Sq Ft cleaned. the carpet looked the same as before he tried to clean it which left me disapointed. i called to ask if that was an acceptable time to clean 400Sq Ft and was told no, 2 to 3 hours was an acceptable time. i was told a different technician would come by the next day to clean my carpets, but the same technician turned up and told my wife that no matter what he did the carpet would not get any cleaner, at that point i asked the technician to leave my home and asked for a refund. i went to Lowes and hired a Bissell carpet cleaner and cleaned my carpet which now looks good. the guy in the office was very professional and told me that was not haw zerorev worked and apologised to me and gave me a refund. the techicians that are sent to peoples homes are the forefront of the busniness and if they have a poor attitude then it reflects on the business name.
The service technician, Jamal, was extremely efficient and courteous. The finished job was outstanding. I have recommended your company before and will continue to do so.
I think you should pick a fee and stick to it. Not if a room is 1012 or 17x28. At least have the price fixed before you go out not after.

Professionalism of staff. No residue left after cleaning. Spots that you're unable to removed are removed by zerorez and don't return. Fresh clean smell.

I had some major issues from a cat with kidney disease and I didnt know she was using my dinning room as a litter box to urinate...after Zerorez got done - no stains or smells ever! That was 2 years ago!
