Add-on costs at time of visit are too cost prohibitive. Should be a better strategy for this type of thing. Technicians on site appear to have 100% flexibility in setting costs.

you are what you say you are, and do what you say you'll do. I'm a returning customer and don't plan to ever use any other carpet cleaning company. I have recommended you to several friends and acquaintances.
On this year's visit, however, I was not told ahead of time that the pet stains I mentioned when I made the appointment would be an extra charge to treat. But Casey worked with me and we came to a mutually satisfactory agreement.
He was prompt, knowledgable, courteous, and respectful. He got the job done well, and afterward asked me to take a look to be sure there were no areas I needed him to re-do. Good job.

I don't understand the product very well, but it did clean the carpet very well. And this carpet
is cheap apartment carpet!!!!!! The serviceman (Ben) was particularly pleasant.

Only complaint - no one explained up front about the size requirements for a room. My living room is considered "over sized" even though my whole house is only 1800 sq. ft. It was an additional charge I was not expecting.
I did add the scotch guarding as it seemed a good idea and easier for you to do than me.
I enjoyed the chemical-free, clean smell of our carpets. Also the service was excellent.

I am very pleased with the service, tech was very nice, professional. The only complaint I have is that the one room with pet oder is no better. I know this was not a guarnateed service, but I did expect better results with what I had read and had explained to me.

I did not think the first job was that great and had decided to contact the carpet installer as the zerorez rep said that it was due to carpet wear while the carpet is less than 2 years old. Your customer service rep insisted that I let you try again. You sent the same rep out and he said the same thing - he also advised that since it had been more than 30 days he would have to charge for the work (I told him that was riduculous as I had contacted you immmediately). He started making the same comments about carpet wear - no point in any further discussion, I showed him the door. An absolute WASTE OF TIME, mine and yours! Did you even think to discuss this BEFORE sending him back out here? It was your idea to try again, not mine, and then your guy REFUSED (unless I paid again)! Previously, I was just disapointed - now, I'm very irate. There is no way that I would recommend your company to anyone.
