On time, budget friendly, great results and friendly staff!
This was my first time to have carpets cleaned. I was disappointed to learn that in order to achieve what the Ads proclaimed, there would be several additional charges. My front room, which is ten foot wide, was 2 feet "over the limit" in length, so I had to pay an additional $30.00(the whole rest of the room only cost $25)! The water line running from the truck to the house, burned a line in our grass. We have since mowed but the burn line is still there. I'm sure my carpets are clean but there is absolutely no difference in their appearance. Our technician was very courteous and I am sure he was only doing as he has been trained. We were also disappointed that there was no clean up after the job was done. We were left to clean up several water spots left all along the foyer and down the hall and the hose had left black marks all along the corners of the hallway. I have heard your Ads several times on KLUV, and was anxious to try your service. I wish I was told of all the Additional Charges(charge to remove any stains, charge to treat walkways, charge to put protectant that was removed during cleaning back on the carpets, etc) before my actual appointment so I would have been better prepared as to what to expect.
Paid for spot removal and spot not removed once carpet dried. There are still stripe like marking/pattern from the head of the steam cleaner on the carpet which I have not had from previous gleanings.
We have had carpet cleaned several times and granite sealed and air ducts cleaned. Next plan is to have tile cleaned and sealed. We love your services.......mostly that you really do what you say you will do.!!!! I have recommended you to my friends still using old technology.

Have used Zerorez twice now and I'm so impressed not only with the results of your product, but also with the technicians that you have sent out. Both have been extremely knowledgable of your product, provided excellent service and were able to answer all my questions.
I have spots that appeared and some that re-appeared the following morning that were not pet stains or ones we discussed would not come out. The cost of my service was triple what I was quoted (understandibly) due to a large amount of unseen pet stains, but I could have done exactly the same on my own, as the stains are still there with the UV light I have at home. They were not physically visible before to the eye and still are not. The odor however, is gone and I appreciate that. I will be using my home steamer this week to clean the blackish spots that appeared in my living room that were not there before.
No soap, how clean you get my carpets and you care about the environment.

I guess I just expected my carpets to feel better than they do. I see that they are cleaner but they are not fluffier than they were. They are still flattened down and not soft like I expected cleaned carpets to be. I won't say I'm dissatisfied but maybe just not as happy as I thought I would be when my carpets were cleaned.
disappointed by the carpet cleaning services I received from Zerorez. The technician that cleaned my carpet was so concerned with up-selling services that he did not focus on completing the basic services as promised by the company. I suspect that there are areas that the technician did not even attempt to clean since they were dry to the touch after he cleaned them. The high traffic areas that I wanted cleaned look as if they have not been touched. My carpet is good quality and has only be in my home for a year. In addition, I was not given a receipt for services rendered, and I was told that it would be available online. I was displeased with my carpet cleaning services, and I contacted the company to have them return and try cleaning the carpet again. A technician was supposed to come on Friday, September 26, but he did not show up or call to reschedule. At this time, I am requesting that my money be refunded since my carpet was not cleaned properly.

The technician was very friendly and efficient. The job was done very well. The only suggestion I have is that there should be a way to clean corners, and they should clean up overspray on adjacent floors. The corners not being cleaned bothered me because I think the floor shoulc be cleaned in it's entirety, and not limited by the equipment's ability to reach corners. The floor in general, was cleaned very well. It looked new when it was complete. Thanks!
