On the heavy traffic, exp in front of the door to tke bath room and to our Master bedroom there is still a spots.

I am happy with the areas that were redone recently. I can see a huge difference between the areas done on the first visit and those done on the second. I am glad the first tech is no longer with your company his rushed work and inattention left our home with less than quality work. Thank you for sending others to correct what he missed entirely. I only wish all our carpets had been done by them the first time!
One room returned with major pet odor after a couple of days. The carpet looks better, but smells as if we haven't cleaned the carpet.
Decrease your prices. Keep your trucks better maintained.
You are the only service that has been able to get my floor and grout really clean and your technicians are all so professional and friendly!

After drying the carpets are soft and not crunchy. The service people are very professional. They do an excellent job and are very informative and personable.
I like that Zerorez does all of it's cleaning with high pressure steam.
It really does what you all said it would do. My carpets were extremely dirty, with lots of stains. Jay was able to get them all out. It was amazing. My carpets look and feel brand new. And the fact that they are now sanitized, makes me feel better about having my kids lay on them when they are watching television. Awesome Job .
That 'green' solutions are used and that the carpet is not left soaked. It only takes a couple of hours for the carpet to dry and there isn't a chemical smell left behind. And the carpet looks Great!
In your ads let people know that "Yes" you do remove pet stains etc. but for an additional cost. After the Jody Dean deal of $99 for 4 rooms it cost me another $60/room to have stains removed and some of the stains are already back.
My carpets were so dirty I thought I would have no choice but to replace them. Now they look almost like new!
I would strongly recommend that anyone with pet stains not use zero rez. It looks beautiful when they give you their book to testify as to their service but when it dries its worse than before. My wife and I are ripping up the carpet and putting hardwood down. Too bad it cost so much to learn the cleaning.
In fairness the tech stated that this would not work for pet stains.

My carpets did NOT look clean the next day, and my sofa (which was the most expensive to clean) looks exactly the same as it did before the cleaning. Not very satisfied with the job.
The carpet was not completely cleaned. my husband rented a carpet cleaner and was able to clean the carpet better than Zerorez. The carpet is not old and was not very dirty to begin with before Zeorez came. After my husband cleaned to carpet the water was very dirty.
The Zerorez advertisement is “leaves ZERO residue” that maybe so but it still leaves dirt in the carpet.
Also there were all these additional costs that doubled my final costs.
I am NOT a Fan.
My carpets look and feel great. Best thing is no residue when vacumming my carpets.
Write down on paper what add'l services are being proposed/recommended with the cost so there is no miscommunication. Provide a final invoice at the time of taking payment...my charges in my email are 30.00 more than told (fiber protectant quoted at $60, not $90). I wasn't told the pet treatment was non-guaranteed or that there was a guaranteed process - $240 is alot to pay for something that isn't guaranteed. The carpets do look significantly better and as much dirt and stain on old carpet that could come out came out. Glad to have the carpets clean again. Cost of stain treatment was 60.00/rm which is incredibly excessive don't you think.
I had a pet stain that normally comes out with the other cleaning methods / truck mount that use detergents. I was disappointed because the stain did not come out. I had cleaned and treated one just like it a few days before with my own carpet cleaning machine and its gone unlike the one that was treated with your system. I just think for that much money it would have looked better. My carpet is only 3 years old and I don't know if it was the intense steam-heat of the water but the nap did not come back up as it has with other company cleanings.
The cleaning left very large streaks on the carpet. Cleaners came back & re cleaned areas but when it dried the streaks were still there & larger.
I don't have to worry about soap being left in the carpet.
I first used Zerorez two years ago as a result of a radio ad I heard several times on KLUV radio during my morning drive to work. My carpeting had been installed four years previously, and it was my first cleaning. The softness of the pile returned, the color was brighter, and the whole house looked and felt fresh. Two years later...last Tuesday night...I had a dinner party and a large glass of red wine was spilled on my ivory colored carpeting. I called Zerorez the next day and every splattered spot of wine was removed without trace. I was amazed, and very pleased. I like the fact that the carpeting dries fast and that I don't smell a chemical-like cleaning substance. My husband and I are both allergy prone and we feel no ill effect from the products used. I will never use another company! The technicians are the friendliest contractors I've ever had in my home! Congratulations to the owner of this Company - you've done many things right!
no residue and clean carpet; however as conveyed in my email to you yesterday, I do not like the technician asking for upgrade level of cleaning once in my house. Sure I want my carpet as clean as it can be. I don't believe the extra money paid gave me any different results in the usual 30 minutes it takes to clean my 3 rooms. Your company has cleaned my carpet many times and I feel this pitch from the tech in my home is only putting more money in your pocket and not giving me any additional service that I haven't had in the past without the last minute sales pitch. I would like to know what the tech did in the same time frame and with the same equipment that warranted the extra $60. I expect the best service you offer at the price you advertise and not have to pay $60 more dollars to get 80% more dirt from my carpet. If you want to have different levels of cleaning services tell me in the advertising or when I make my appointment. This will be passed on to my friends if they want to consider using your company for cleaning services.
