The guys were very good and professional. Explained everything well, did a good job in a timely manor.

Professional technician who was very knowledgeable about the products available for my particular needs. My carpets look like new and they are over 17 years old. A great value.

The cleaning job was good, but we didn't like that our service man came about 6:00 P.M in the evening. We called somewhere around two weeks ago to make the appointment and had no idea we would be last on the list for that day. When we were called and given the "window" time several days ago, and told it would be between 4:30 and 6:30, we tried to get an earlier time. Our request did not matter. They would not accommodate us. This was a terrible time--it ruined our whole day, having the furniture in disarray all day and night and keeping us from cooking dinner. If we can't get better service time, we doubt we'll use the company again.

I also thank Zerorez for not advertising a special than hiding unexpected charges like some other cleaning services do.
The crew was professional and did an excellent job, I would be pleased to recommend your company and I will use you again.

We had both our carpet and tile cleaned. The carpet looked good but we had to have the technician come out to clean the tile again. The grout looked faded and uneven. The technician was professional and used another cleaning agent but both times the grout looked worse than before we had the tile cleaned. We are trying
to figure out to we can make the grout even again.

The friendly service. Your honesty on what you can and cannot accomplish. You provide excellent service and do what you promise. I like that.

The carpeting looks just like new. There is no odor and the carpeting dries very quickly. It does not seem to have recurrent spots like I have had with other carpet cleaning methods. I do have year old Stainmaster carpeting, so I did not have spots with this carpeting like I have had in the past with pets. I have used ZeroRez for 3 years now.

For one thing my carpet looks and smells great,I felt that I got a good deal, and yes I would recomand them to my friends,they did the job quick and the carpet dried in a couple of hours like they said it would Im happy.

I like that they are environmentally friendly and carpets dry quickly. No soapy residue is left. I "talk it up" about Zerorez every time I get the opportunity - even mentioned it to a cousin today at Thanksgiving dinner!

No smell, quick drying, fast, courteous service and carpets look brand new.

After the cleaning, the rug was wet so it looked fine. But when it dried it is spotty.

That you don't use soap & harsh chemicals to clean the carpet. Have been wanting try you guys put for the past couple years...KLUV has been bragging about you!! Glad I finally did!! I will be using you again in the spring for the 2 rooms I didn't get done yesterday!!

Try to estimate the area rug cleaning over the phone. I was pretty shocked at the price to clean my wool area rugs and since I had taken a day off work for rug cleaning, felt I needed to proceed.

Customer Service! I waited too late to make an appointment for holiday cleaning. Carpets were okay, but wanted them cleaned prior to a party we are hosting next weekend. We were on the waiting list for Monday or Tuesday...when the accident happened! My husband accidently spilled a full cup of black coffee on our den carpet! The carpet is (or was!) beige! Coffee ranks right up there with red wine, blood and tea when it comes to getting it out of anything. I sent a desparate email to Zerorez on Friday and someone called me right away (probably thinking my husband was at risk!). I had no idea you worked on Saturday, but thank heaven...and thank zerorez. We got on the schedule for Saturday evening. The technician was excellent. He warned me that the coffee may not come out. But he worked a zerorez miracle, and while you can still see it if you know it is there, it is gone as far as the guests will know. And we got smart this time and re-did the stain protection...just in case! We have always been impressed with the service, the professionalism of the technicians and staff...but now this sort of "holiday" response has reinforced that we are customer for life! Many, many thanks.

I was disappointed that the claims I heard on the radio did not match the results of my high traffic area.

The people who scheduled on the phone were not that friendly.
The carpet was ok after the cleaning. Not nearly as fabulous as the advertisements make it sound on the radio.
Don't notice the special coating repelling spills.
Stairs not as clean as I had hoped.
