We were overcharged for the services, and the credit card was supposed to be refunded and it hasn't been. It has been 2 weeks, and the credit has not been processed. I leave messages regarding the matter and they aren't returned.

That you have people on staff and not 'rent a cleaners', that it doesn't take all day to dry the carpets, that they are clean and makes you feel good to walk into the house.

Only criticism: when you say you have 4 rooms for $99, please disclose that the room size is a certain size and that one room could actually be counted as two.
