What do you like about our products and services?

Prompt, courteous service excellence which is why I am a repeat customer. My carpets are stain-free and look brand new, although are actually 4 years old. The porcelain tile in my kitchen is sparkling clean, looks great!

Your cleaning specials are so economic and well worth the price. I highly recommend your cleaning services.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I left work early to meet with the Zerorez technican which was suppose to be at my house between the hours of 1:30 and 4 pm. When I had not heard from him by 3:30 I called the office. I simply asked what was the ETA and received a rather rude answer that he had until 4 to contact me and I should simple wait. At 4:30 since I had not heard from anyone, I called back. I was told that the technican had been held up because the previous customer had wanted additional services and he would get to me when he was finshed. at around 5:45 the technician arrived at my house. I left work 4 hours early to be home by 1 in order to be sure to be on time. This meant that I would have to work longer days the rest of the week to make my time up. Bottom line: I could have saved myself the trouble and the people who answer the phone need a little training on customer communication!

The technician was very polite and did an amazing job. Our carpets looks almost as good as new which is amazing since our apartment was flooded a few years back and the carpet was damaged but never replaced by the complex. In the 6 years we have lived here the carpets never looked this good!

What do you like about our products and services?

I have been in my house 16 yrs. and never had my carpets cleaned. It's just my husband and I but when I moved my furniture I could definitely tell our traffic areas. Tony (the techician) could not believe the good condition of my carpets. However, when he completed the cleaning I was so pleased. When he arrived I asked him about cleaning ceramic tile and he gave me an estimate on the spot. I decided to have the tile done as well and it looks like it was just laid. I'm very pleased with the results on my carpet and tile.

Carpet was not as deeply cleaned at tech said it is. Still dark stains down close to the base of the carpet fibers. Inspect and re-clean.

Likeable technician but someone needs to follow-up with customers if the
technician is running late. My technician was good but over 2 hours later
than my scheduled appointment

I like that the products are environmentally friendly. I also liked how quickly the carpet dried. Philip did an amazing job, he explained everything and was very professional. I have already had many compliments on my carpets and recommended your company.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Zerorez recently came out earlier in the week and I hate to say I was very dissappointed with their service. I get my carpets cleaned often so I know what to expect and for the $230 dollars I spent I felt jipped after they left. It took probably 40 minutes or less to clean my whole upstairs. The tech was acting rushed and simply cleaned my carpets as if he was fast vaccuming. I've heard nothing but good things about zerorez so I was shocked to be left feeling unsatisfied. To top it off the lady on the phone mis quoted me which happens but I didn't like the pressure to just say ok to the extra $100 dollars he said it was going to cost me. I told him I wanted whatever I could get for the quote I recieved, so I wanted to have some rooms not cleaned, but he wouldn't drop it and kept pressuring. I'm glad I didn't say yes to cleaning the other spaces for the extra $100 dollars, after seeing the job I received on the rest of the house, I'm better off going and renting a machine from home depot and doing it myself.

It was more expensive than I expected. The room I had treated for pet urine was only 9'x9' and only needed to be treated around the baseboards. The man that came out was very nice and efficient and on time. I am happy with the service but was surprised by the cost.

What do you like about our products and services?

First, it's "all green". I guess mostly it is because our carpets looked much cleaner when the technician left than other companies we've used in the past. We hope they will stay that way as in the past stains have resurfaced. As I was at work for most of the time the technician was here, my husband explained how he took his time looking at our filthy carpets with some sort of blue light & also took great care in pretreating all of our pet-stains. He didn't seem to be in a rush to clean & get out! I will ask my husband, I wish I knew his name! Fantastic job!

What do you like about our products and services?

I liked that there were no chemicals. The service was fast and effecient. The only advice I would give to your company is that when someone makes the appointment talk to them right then about extra charges and how much those charges are. My total was double the amount of what I prepared for. Because I agreed to the top carpet treatment for two areas. But I really was not prepared for all of the increased cost. And in todays economic situation, like most family we are atching every single penny.

Other than that one surprise, Your company is wonnderful. Thank you so much!

What could we do to improve?

no residue and clean carpet; however as conveyed in my email to you yesterday, I do not like the technician asking for upgrade level of cleaning once in my house. Sure I want my carpet as clean as it can be. I don't believe the extra money paid gave me any different results in the usual 30 minutes it takes to clean my 3 rooms. Your company has cleaned my carpet many times and I feel this pitch from the tech in my home is only putting more money in your pocket and not giving me any additional service that I haven't had in the past without the last minute sales pitch. I would like to know what the tech did in the same time frame and with the same equipment that warranted the extra $60. I expect the best service you offer at the price you advertise and not have to pay $60 more dollars to get 80% more dirt from my carpet. If you want to have different levels of cleaning services tell me in the advertising or when I make my appointment. This will be passed on to my friends if they want to consider using your company for cleaning services.

I am happy with the areas that were redone recently. I can see a huge difference between the areas done on the first visit and those done on the second. I am glad the first tech is no longer with your company his rushed work and inattention left our home with less than quality work. Thank you for sending others to correct what he missed entirely. I only wish all our carpets had been done by them the first time!
