The following comments were submitted by our customers when asked to provide feedback on our service. In the interest of transparency, we present these comments as provided except that personally identifiable information has been hidden unless the reviewer has requested their full name be included with the review. No unfavorable comments have been removed.
We were told that to have 3 rooms of carpet cleaned, a pet job done on one of those, and all three rooms treated with Teflon (or whatever it's called) would cost $230. This was with the 3 for $99 deal. In an effort to save money, we decided to do just the one room with the pet odor problem. Upon completion (and not until then), the tech told us that there is a $99 minimum for carpet cleaning. This brought our total to $200 for one room…ONE ROOM! If we had known it was that redicilously priced for a single room, we would have paid the extra $30 to have all three done. We were very upset that the tech didn't bother letting us know.
As if that wasn't enough frustration, the smell is already back one day later.

Traffic areas were not cleaned as well as other carpet cleaning companies have done. I liked the zerorez technology and wanted to try it. But, I just don't think the technology works well.
That it is all natural & no chemical products. I find it very reasurring that the owners of the company are chemists
Professional work and personnel. The gentleman who was out last week to do our work was quick, thorough, and a hard worker.
One thing: your work is excellent, but the tile cleaning was VERY expensive. I just cannot afford to spend $1200 on cleaning tile very often. Could you come up with some sort of less expensive annual visit that could be more affordable and yet get the job done? Then I probably wouldn't wait for eight years like I did this time to get the cleaning done!
No chemical smell, my furniture dried very quickly.
Excellent representatives! Keith Loatman did a great job on Monday. He worked extra hard to renew our carpeting and got rid of all the stains left from construction (we had renovations done to our interior a short time ago).
Your company produces an excellent product. We are loyal customers and would recommend you to our friends without hesitation.

Fast dry time
I like about the product that it is natural and that the carpet after it is cleaned smells fresh,feels good, looks good, doesn't hurt my dogs and does not attract dirt like it does with a regular chemical treatment. I don't let anyone else clean my carpet anymore. Also, the customer service is great. The associate gave ahead notice of his arrival,was in time, worked swiftly and was very friendly. All over a pleasant experience.
I was trying to do minimal before Christmas and I left my husband in charge, Bad Decision. HA!!
I was under the impression it would be $119. and it was over $300. and now I need you back for one spot but what will this cost???
Cost is quite high. Maybe 30% to 40% more than what I've paid in the past. Labor time is the same, I can't imagine the material cost is that much higher.
you advertise 3 rooms for $89. and I ended up paying over $200. I have a living room/dining room combination, and the first time Zerorez cleaned my carpets (3 yrs. ago) that counted as one room, and this time, I was charged an extra $25. I also had to pay extra for "protection" after the carpets were cleaned - technician told me that any "protection" that had been put on carpets by previous cleaning would be removed by this cleaning - so if it is removed every time, why do you have to redo it each time at an additional charge? Technician Jamal needed to do less "talking" and more "working"; I don't need to know about his religious beliefs - just clean my carpet and get out!
Love the fact that Zerorez uses no chemicals or anything that leaves a residue. I also absolutely loved the technician. Tyree Coleman did a tremendous job and he was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. You have a winner there and I'll absolutely request him the next time I schedule a cleaning. I loved how friendly and knowledgable the guys were that came by to clean my carpets. They did a GREAT job!!
1) The young man never presented me with an invoice to look at. 2) He immediately forgot my name and called me "hey man" for the entire time of our cleaning. 3)He offered the protector product after the cleaning was finished, and told me it was $30. I was then charged $30 for EACH area - that was never explained to me - again with the no invoice part. 4) He walked around with a sprayer to so-call apply the protector. I studied the foot pattern where he walked and took pictures. He never got within 10 feet of some areas of my carpet. Ask to see the photos. He also "so-call" applied it in 30 seconds - to both areas, in different parts of my home. How can someone evenly and sufficiently apply a liquid with a sprayer like that. I feel completely RIPPED OFF for the $60 I was charged to pay for a protector that obviously WAS NOT APPLIED properly - if at all. About the only satisfactory part of any part of this visit was the fact that the carpet WAS cleaned. Aside from the "protector" gimmick, my carpet came out somewhat cleaner, but would I recommend them again - no. Will I use them again - no. And unless someone from Zerorez calls me to refund my $60 plus tax for the "protector" scam, I will begin to burn them on ALL OF THE SOCIAL MEDIA SITES. If this part is made right, I will simply keep my peace and let our capitalist society right any future that this business may or may not have.
Professional technicians and the product cleans better than any other service I used.

I have never had a technician that wasn't pleasant and worked hard to please me.
Although its higher than others the carpets always look great and many of the stains don't come back like they do with other companies. The carpets take less time to dry as well. I have been using you for year!
Everything . . . that you don't use chemicals, that I can immediately see the difference in my carpet, that it doesn't take very long to dry, that the technician was polite and knowledgeable. We're very pleased with Zerorez.

Did not honor the verbal on-site price quote before the work was done. The results (the job done) was really great, but obviously, any recommendation I give will be followed by a caveat to get the price in writing before the work is done, and review the invoice before they leave.
