What do you like about our products and services?

When the tech arrives he is professional. He explains evrything he will do and the costs associated with them, so you are not surprised when he gives you the bill. The foor is dry and the carpets are better than clean.
My tech Ricky Rankin was very personable. He worked efficiently and expertly. I would recommend him to anyone.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Carpet took almost 24 hrs to dry. Carpet is crunchy to walk on now.

I chose Zerorez because advertising says it can get spots out that others can't and carpet drys faster.

Althought the service technician was very helpfull and explained everything he stated that the extra spot treatment would lift the traffic pattern. It did not.

The carpet actually doesn't even look like it was cleaned. Carpet is 4 yrs old with no pets or children just average wear and tear. It should have come clean.

I now have to call someone else out to clean as I am highly dissatisfied.

I sent an earlier email, however I had Zerorez clean our carpets in Sept. and we had pet stains, the young man said he had to use something that would help the stain come out and not return, we paid close to $300.00 for our living room and bedroom done. The stains came back in October, and I thought ok they would need another treatment, another young man came out 2 nd week in Nov. he said the same thing, it cost us $245., now the stains our back . I understand that pet urine stains are difficult, but we have used the another service provider for the last 10 years and they did get the stains out and our carpet stayed clean for 4-6 mos and then I would have them done again. I contacted Zerorez because of Jody Dean on KLUV saying how green your company is, well this is all well in good, but if you do not get my carpet clean ant charge me twice as much, I do not see the advantage. I will not be recommending your company to anyone.

Just the process of getting it scheduled was a nightmare. I called twice and the recording said I was 1st in line and hung up both times after holding for 20 minutes and hearing I was 1st in line... Then when I got my scheduled time and they called to confirm it was wrong. In the end they came at the right time and the gentleman who came was wonderful.

What do you like about our products and services?

I was very pleased with Ricky's professional appearance and the way he cleaned the carpets. He was quick and efficient and of the four or five times I have used Zerorez in the past, the carpet looked cleaner and dried quicker than ever. He didn't ask me to sign his book - which I am reluctant to do because you may not know how they did until after they are gone... He also didn't try to upsell me everything in the book. He offered the sealant, but didn't come back asking me to buy more stuff later. Great experience.

The fact that you do not use harsh chemicals and the carpet dries fast. The guys(Seth and Mitch) were very professional and courteous and take time to work on spots.

You didn't disappoint at all. For me the extra processes are worth paying for, but they are quite expensive and most of the people I know can't really afford it. They'd rather use a good system and not pay for the extras at such a high cost.

Professional technician who was very knowledgeable about the products available for my particular needs. My carpets look like new and they are over 17 years old. A great value.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The cleaning job was good, but we didn't like that our service man came about 6:00 P.M in the evening. We called somewhere around two weeks ago to make the appointment and had no idea we would be last on the list for that day. When we were called and given the "window" time several days ago, and told it would be between 4:30 and 6:30, we tried to get an earlier time. Our request did not matter. They would not accommodate us. This was a terrible time--it ruined our whole day, having the furniture in disarray all day and night and keeping us from cooking dinner. If we can't get better service time, we doubt we'll use the company again.

I also thank Zerorez for not advertising a special than hiding unexpected charges like some other cleaning services do.
The crew was professional and did an excellent job, I would be pleased to recommend your company and I will use you again.

We had both our carpet and tile cleaned. The carpet looked good but we had to have the technician come out to clean the tile again. The grout looked faded and uneven. The technician was professional and used another cleaning agent but both times the grout looked worse than before we had the tile cleaned. We are trying
to figure out to we can make the grout even again.

The carpeting looks just like new. There is no odor and the carpeting dries very quickly. It does not seem to have recurrent spots like I have had with other carpet cleaning methods. I do have year old Stainmaster carpeting, so I did not have spots with this carpeting like I have had in the past with pets. I have used ZeroRez for 3 years now.

For one thing my carpet looks and smells great,I felt that I got a good deal, and yes I would recomand them to my friends,they did the job quick and the carpet dried in a couple of hours like they said it would Im happy.
