The science behind it - using neutral PH and less chemicals

There was one charge for 2 rooms 119.00 when he got here there was an additional 100.00 saying it would take the stains and it was a deep cleaning. No furniture was moved abound it may have taken 20 minutes to do the job. And I still had dirty looking carpet after it dried. He came back out and his attitude was not nice. I'm debating on weather to email Gene and Julie on 103.7 and tell them about the bad experience. I will not use you again.

Seemed to do a great job on the carpets. The technician, Darwin, was great. He explained everything.

While the carpets in my house are old and I did not expect all of the stains to disappear, I did expect the pet urine stains (more recent stains) to come out of the carpet. Spending the extra money specifically for the pet urine stains was, in my opinion, to make sure these specific stains would be gone. This also was reinforced by the ads you have on the radio by Jody Dean....he swears by your company and how all stains are gone and your carpet is like new and is the main reason I chose your company. The results advertised most certainly were not the case with my carpet. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was very nice and professional and I do not think it was his fault. He spent a great deal of time trying to get the stains out. The next morning, as a test, I borrowed a rug cleaning machine from a friend and went over the carpet using a cleaning solution and many of the stains did come out or became much lighter. I do believe your product does not perform as it is advertised to do. I do not think there is anything you can do to fix this situation. In the future, I will just use a different type of rug cleaning service for my carpets.

Your staff is friendly and efficient. They were on time and easy to communicate with. There were two of them, so they moved the furniture I requested (couches, small tables and chairs) without issue, and did everything in a professional manner.

Environementally safe, better for our carpets

I love that the products are green, and safe for my whole family, including my pets. There's truly no residue, so even walking barefoot when the carpets are still wet, there's no icky feeling... Every time I've had service, the technician has been very professional and courteous. Zerorez is THE best!!!!

The technicians were polite and friendly. Scott explained all the additional optional services clearly and left it up to me to decide which ones to take. They performed the job thoroughly. The product is environmentally safe, which I appreciate. My main concern was the pet stains that another company could not remove, along with the smell, and the technicians were able to remove both the stains and the smell.

The carpets dried very quickly. The process sterilized the carpets without the use of harsh chemicals. Having two young kids make this a necessity.

The product used by Zerorez gets rid of spots and they don't come back!!

The idea that it will not attract dirt the way soap does. I hope it is true and I will soon find out. I also like the absence of chemicals being introduced into my home. I make a point to use natural and safe cleaning products whenever possible.

I gave a lot of information about my needs while setting the appointment, such as that I wanted my carpet stretched. I was told that you did that, and when my service arrived, the tech said that he didn't see anything in the notes. So he did not have the tools to do it. This was highly disappointing, I had company coming that weekend and am embarrased how the carpet buckles. In addition, I was disatisfied with the fact that in the original appointment I booked, I also requested an early morning window, and when I was called to verify service, I was given a 4pm timeframe. I had to schedule another week ahead, which put me under the gun as they say, for when the company was coming.

I felt I was charged too much money for Pet odor removal. Even when I requested that stain guard not be applied, It only took $30 off the price. I had moved the furniture into the living room and some master bedroom furniture into a spare bedroom. This makes it easier for the technicians. I think this should be taken into consideration for pricing. I would like my carpet cleaned again.
