I have three small children living with me and 8 grandchildren visiting. My carpet looked horrible before they got there and when they left it looked perfect. Not one stain left behind.

The technician got out a red stain of unknown origin. The carpet feels brand new and smells nice too. Very efficient, polite and little disruption to the household.

You equipment is not built to get up next to the base boards. The carpet is still nasty looking all around the edges of the room, lots of dark spots. It is s mess.
What I didn't like was the heavy, strong odor of the scotch-guard product that was sprayed on 2 of me rooms. It stayed around for hours and actually burned our eyes and throats. Won't have this done again.

This is my second go around with Zerorez in last 18 months and have been very happy with the service and quality of work. Keith was very friendly and nice.
As I said in the other request, the young man was efficient, neat and very polite. The process seems to have worked well.

make sure your clients get their receipts, which i still have not received by email, also, took way longer to dry, about 10-12 hrs, and living room still has pet odor. the rep that came was great though. kw
I do not see how the technician properly cleaned and treated the carpet in the amount of time that he was there. And I feel like it was completely overpriced and not what was represented to me in the initial call where I was quoted $119.00 for a two bedroom apartment.

Since I have children and pets I am pleased that your products are safe for us as well as the environment. And the fact that no soaps, which attract dirt, are used is an added bonus. My carpets stay clean longer. I am very happy with the products as well as the service and have recommended Zerorez to lots of my friends and co-workers.

The carpets look great and the technician was very friendly and efficient.
Our carpets were cleaned during the day when I was at work. My husband was there during the cleaning. When I got home, my carpets didn't look any different than when I had left. Usually they look a little more revived, fibers standing up etc... I was a little disappointed in the look of the carpet.
The technician would not clean my carpet for the agreed price of $119. He stated it needed much special treatment and the price would be $300. I told him that was not acceptable and after a call to his manager came to $200. I again told him that I was not prepared to pay more than the $119 so he left. I called another company who came later that day. My carpet received no special treatment and every stain came out. The carpet nows looks brand new. The price was less than I had been quoted by your company. I will never recommend your company and in fact have told everyone how your technician attempted to rip me off.
I like how fast the carpets dry and look. Very disappointed in how the appointment was set. I set this job with Scott and !st the time was not correct and then when service was done the work order was not correct. Very unsettling and feel Scott should be aware of this issue.

Your technicions did a great job on my carpet and did not pressure me to have more done. The last time our carpet was cleaned by Zerorez the technicion was very high pressure.
