When I had the carpets cleaned in Minnesota by Zerorez. I was very impressed! Very clean and fresh smelling. All the dirt and impossible stains came out. Even the pet stains that were there( did not pay for a pet treatment). The tech here seemed to do a good job on the LR/DR, but the FR I thought was just very mediocre. And this after I paid to have the pet treatment applied. The carpet stunk for about 12 hours until it dried, and a lot of the pet stains are still there. The dirt stains seem to have come out. Honestly, I think the pet treatment was a waste of money. Any thoughts?

We haven't had our carpet cleaned in over 10 years and we just replaced the wood floor in the kitchen. The contractor really made a mess on the carpet when they replaced the wood floor. I was afraid that cleaning it would not work. I was wrong. Zerorez cleaned it perfectly, it feels and looks like new now. Brad from zerorez was very friendly and paid attention to detail.
Zerorez cleaned one bedroom at my Mom's house. I had made the appointment because I highly receommended them as they had cleaned my carpets a year ago. However, my Mom's carpet did not come clean. Also, when I made the appointment for Mom I was told the minimum charge was $89.50. The service man who did the floor said the minimum was $100. And, from the start to end of the cleaning was over in about 15 minutes. I have since called Zerorez to come back out and do the job correctly. This,in itself, is an inconvenience.

I like that you do not use soaps on my carpets. Your extraction is very good and the carpet dried very quickly! Your technician, Tyree, was an excellent representative of your company. He was very knowledgeable and able yo answer all my questions. You need more people like that gentleman!
Office staff was not very helpful. Was very difficult to get a hold of someone the morning of my appointment. Told office staff that I would be home all day except for 1 30 minute window when I had to leave to pick kids up from school. They scheduled to come out during that window.
We have used Zerorez twice because we were looking for a chemical free cleaning solution. We continue to use Zerorez because the customer service is fantastic.
Carpet doesn't feel like it has a residue remaining after cleaning. It looks clean.

Your service person was so very courteous, very pleasant to have in our home. He did an excellent job and we are so pleased with the results. We were also pleased with the amount of time necessary for the carpets to dry.

Two days after the carpets look like you just completed the work. The carpets seem to be softer to the touch and not matted down. I like that cleaning may only be needed once a year.
The add on costs don't reflect the advertised price. Give me a better estimate before arriving. Are you paying your technicians to sell services or clean? I need someone more interested in cleaning than selling. Clean floors at advertised prices will sell me.

Zerorez was the 3rd carpet cleaning business to treat my carpets & the first to get the pet stains out to where they didnt show back up once the carpet dried.
No chemicals to attract dirt particles.
