Stains are out that I didn't think were going to come all the way out. Also, this process is not smelly! The technician was professional, knowledgable and took his time with the cleaning to make sure that he got the carpet really clean. It did take a little longer to dry than I anticipated but that most likely had a lot to do with the fact that it was storming that night and very humid outside.
Our very light, cream-colored carpet is about nine years old. It was "cleaned" before we bought the house and moved in. Because the previous owners had a pet, in one bedroom upstairs, there were several staines that didn't come out. We resolved to replce that carpet, but life happened and after 18 months of living here, we still had not replaced it.
Zerorez came in and did the miraculous. The carpet in that room looks almost new with only a couple tell-tale signs of pet damage, and all the others not-so-noticeable stains throughout the house I had learned to live with are 99% gone with only a trace in a couple cases that would take an inspection to find.
Our love seats are two-and-a-half years old and had never been cleaned. Because they now look and feel brand new, I had no idea how much they needed to be cleaned.
Zerorez is not the cheapest way to go, but when they practically restored to new our carpet and furniture, by my pencil they are they are definitely the best.
I was out of town and my husband was there. He was very impressed with your service. Upon my return home, my carpet looks new again. Thank you!

Our company was doing a furnace changeout and dropped mastic on the homeowners new carpet. Everyone I call said it would not come out so I called Zerorez and was told maybe and if ya'll could not get it out then there would be no charge. The mastic set on her carpet for 2 weeks, your tech went out and was very successful. Thank you for the service my customer and my company received from Zerorez. Have used the service twice. Both times my carpet was wet for several hours after the cleaning. Ironically, I just heard another radio commercial this morning bragging about the fact that Zerorez doesn't leave your home with the carpets still wet. I don't know how you can fix that other than stop advertising something that isn't true. I like that fact that your cleaning service is eco-friendly because, well, it's basically just water. I don't care. The carpets seems to be clean and there's no soapy residue, odor, etc. But there's got to be a better way to soak up the water. And I don't particularly want the zerorez guy hanging around my house for several hours waiting for fans to dry the place out.
No chemicals used in cleaning process. Service technicians are always very friendly, polite and professional.
November 10, 2011, Zerorez took our approximately 8 X 10 ft. area rug to be professionally cleaned at a Factory,(supposedly to be much better than work on the premises). We paid $720. for the rug cleaning & a new Pad. After about a month, I started calling about the status of the rug. A couple of reps said they would call back, but didn't. The rug was finally delivered December 15, 2011, in the same condition as it was when Zerorez took it and NOT cleaned at all. We also didn't get the pad.
This was very unprofessional service from Zerorez. We ask that our $720.00 be credited to our Visa card, with ending #'s 8682, so we can have the rug cleaned elsewhere.
