Great service. Technician was well informed and did a great job.
Unable to remove all staining on carpet.
The serviceman was prompt, seemed happy to be doing his job (even on New Years Eve afternoon) and was quick with great results!

The tech was wonderful. I paid for special pet treatment and after the carpet was dry (the next morning) I put puppy pads down and throw rugs over the pads so none of the cleaned carpet was exposed and the old pet stains bled back through in two days. I don't know if enough time was spent on cleaning the carpet or not. About 45 minutes was spent on the two rooms.
The cost was the biggest factor, very dissapointed at the outcome. Your commercials talk about high traffice areas and how Zerorez can clean them so well, did not.
WOW!! It got the spots out of my carpet. My carpet feels soft, not stiff! Very happy!
Friendly, efficient, costs were disclosed before work began, answered all questions, results were better than expected. We thought carpet would have to be replaced but now it looks great after Zerorez.

The tech was courteous and professional. While the carpet was still wet and matted it appeared to be an excellent job. After it dried and was re-vaccumed several spots were still visable. Rather than call for further work on those spots I chose to spot treat them myself. This averted a long drive back to this rental house for me and less of an effort.
Too pricy with too little guarenteed of any success. It ses to me not so much an attempt at transparency as cya.
Tech. didn't move any of my furniture - even occasional chairs. I would like to have at least some furniture moved.
Perhaps give the technician more time to focus on each house job, so that they don't have to hurry. I had a few spots that I didn't notice until after he left that I would have liked him to try more to get up. The first time someone came, they were able to get up almost all the spots.
Very professional. Tony did a very thorough job and ensured the carpet was very clean. The product and method that you use to clean the carpet was far superior to any other carpet services we've used in the past.

Since I am not planning on using zerorez, and have never used them in the past, I don't see why/how I'd recommend them.
The method really leaves the carpet looking new, brings back color and feels GREAT!
tile cleaning was not good, left areas next to the wall. no respect for my personal property, front door was damaged and not even noticed by tech.
The gentleman who came did a wonderful job! He was very proessional and helpful. And the service is great! It cleaned our carpets. They look great!

Your truck was a totally equipped to handle every problem I had with this particular rental property. From the pet stains, to high traffic areas and the various and sundry smells associated with them as well as the soiled areas from three small children, Zerorez kept me from replacing all the carpet in a 3-2-2 rental. The results were not only amazing, in this case they were worth every penney. You were not the least expensive company, by any means, but you were the least expensive solution.
The technician that came out was amazing Jason Yarborough cut no corners and was reliable.
I have left premises before only to return to an already-gone--technician and a less than complete job.
I was right to select your company for this house and I am very very pleased with the final outcome.
