The service tech was very nice. There was no smell after the service. I am disappointed in one thing, I never have revieved my Fuller's gift certificate that was part of the advertisment, bu as far as service and product you are a excellent company.

Its a cleaner and fresher smelling carpet with great drying time

I can't believe that carpet cleaning in one bedroom cost me $321 -- The initial $50 charge for cleaning, then "pet treatment" for $90 as well as another 2 "flash" treatments at $150. The $240 that I spent only on getting rid of the pet stains and smell seems to have been completely wasted. The stains are still there and the room still smells. To make matters worse, this morning (48 hours after cleaning) the carpet was still too wet to walk on. I could not be more disappointed and I'm pretty sure I'd have gotten the same results with just the $50 carpet cleaning. Just what is supposed to be in the "flash" treatments and how does that differ from the "pet treatment"?

Present a paper bill so the client can see the breakdown of charges before being charged.

Take care of spots on the rugs or at least explain to the client why a spot could not be removed.

Ask the client to do a walk through with you before requesting money.

Your representatives were very nice and anxious to do a good job. I guess we did not communicate well what was expected and what would be delivered.

Love the way my carpets smell and feel after cleaning. Also love the air filters that we purchased a couple of years ago. The technicians are always so professional.

From the moment I called and talked to Montana(I think that was her name) to schedule an appt. to the day Seth and Mitchell came in our door I was pleased. They explained what they were going to do and did a very good job. The carpet didn't dry as fast as I had hoped, but I think that's due to the time of year and the temps outside.

We loved how the carpets turned out....soft and very clean with no smelly chemicals.....However, we were not pleased with the high-pressure "up-sell" tactics to get us to get extra treatments. Our $187 estimate ended up being $360.
