Jamal did an amazing job of making our 12 year old carpet look like new. I like that the process does not leave a harsh chemical smell and that it dried quickly. You can't even tell that visiting children mashed Easter chocolat into our carpet or that we ever had a pet. ;-)
The technician explained the process and pretreatment and additional costs to me. I like that there are no chemicals in the carpet cleaning products.

I appreciate how polite and respectful the service technicians are. Not only are they courteous, they are also friendly and personable.

1. We were told by the scheduler to expect service between 3:00 and 4:30 PM. At 4:30, I called to verify time and left a message. Terry Morton called back to say he'd be at our home by 5:10. Apparently, he was told that we were scheduled between 4:30 and 6:30. He showed me this appointment schedule on his phone. So, the problem was not with the service personnel, but with the scheduling personnel.
2. As requested, I removed all items from end tables, coffee tables, etc...and the only piece of furniture moved was an ottoman.
3. Pet urine stains were not fully removed by treatment, even with paying the extra $60.
4. On a positive note, a few spots of red paint on the carpet were entirely removed. I will reserve judgment on the rest of the carpet until I see if high traffic area spots reappear. I chose Zero Rez because of this guarantee.
The price I was quoted I feel was high. But in all fairness to you, you were my first quote. I do appreciate you coming out to give me a free estimate. The guys that came of was very nice. First name removed

Dryness of carpet afterwards, complete stain removals, no residue or smell and spots do not re-occur. I went on line to make my appointment and there was immediate follow up. I wasn't home when they came, but my husband said the tech was very nice and thorough. And I have given some of my friends your company as a referral.
Have drivers call 30min before anticipated arrival. That would be much nicer that having to waint around the house for the given 3hr "window".
My carpet was a disaster with Chihuahua urine everywhere. Roy with your company worked until it was all gone. I can't imagine ever using anyone else!

The results of the cleaning, the softness of the carpet after it dries, the courtesy of the labor....all great. I had an oriental rug cleaned through zerorez and they did Not keep me well informed of the progress of the cleaning. It took 1 month and I had to call to check on it. I had concerns about ever seeing it again. I did get it back and it is wonderful which I deeply appreciate. Next time I will know it takes longer than I was told. thank you, Name removed
