How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

not really dissppointed with the results, our carpets are clean. When technician walked in , the first thing out of his mouth was that he needed to add another $100 to the price to treat spots. What was the $200 charge for? Not happy about his suggestion that it would cost anohter $100. Also he did not vacuum??? Wow, all the other ones vacuum first , AND I dont think you mentioned that vacuuming was not included, so he started cleaning the carpets with no vacuum .
. Carpets took overnight to dry, we were shocked about that

What could we do to improve?

The first time I used your service, the rep gave me an additional service for free (on his own accord - not by request). This time the rep up-sold me on some services, leaving me to feel like I didn't get a "special deal".

Lead man on the crew was too aggressive. Did not listen to me very well. Came into my house before he was really invited. Made me uncomfortable. I'm glad I was home. Would not want my wife to deal with him by herself.
The young helper was fine. Very respectful.

I don't see any need for improvement right now, but the real test is how your carpets look two weeks later; will the dirt patches stay away, etc.?

I spent $120.00 the first time I had Zerorez out to remove pet stain. The room is only 9x9. Since that didn't work I called back and found out that the best treatment was not done the first time because it was cat urine. All they did the fist time was put enzymes on it. I was unaware at the time there was a water extraction process that should have worked much better. I was told that I would be given a $60 credit for the first treatment for cleaning. When the tech came out the second time he was unable to determine where the stains were the first time because of the initial cleaning your company did. The black light would no longer pick up the area of stain. Because of that the tech used 6 and 1/2 gallons of water extraction at $75 a gallon. The area that was treated was only 9ft long and 1ft wide. Also, I was not told there would be another charge of $50 for cleaning. I was given a $25 discount by the tech because he knew I was upset. I ended up spending $487.00 the second time!!! The worst part is it did not help at all!!! I am going to have to replace the carpet now. The total amount I ended up paying Zero Rez for a room 9x9 was $547 and I am still going to have to replace the carpet.

I had to call and ask why I wasn't given the Fuller's Jewelry gift certificate since I had mentioned the radio station when I made my appointment. I was told I did qualify and had to go online to get the reward. I shouldn't have had to call and ask about this. Either a certificate should have been given to me or I should have been told at the time of the service how to obtain the certificate. Feels like a scam.

Did not honor the verbal on-site price quote before the work was done. The results (the job done) was really great, but obviously, any recommendation I give will be followed by a caveat to get the price in writing before the work is done, and review the invoice before they leave.

We were told that to have 3 rooms of carpet cleaned, a pet job done on one of those, and all three rooms treated with Teflon (or whatever it's called) would cost $230. This was with the 3 for $99 deal. In an effort to save money, we decided to do just the one room with the pet odor problem. Upon completion (and not until then), the tech told us that there is a $99 minimum for carpet cleaning. This brought our total to $200 for one room…ONE ROOM! If we had known it was that redicilously priced for a single room, we would have paid the extra $30 to have all three done. We were very upset that the tech didn't bother letting us know.

As if that wasn't enough frustration, the smell is already back one day later.

Traffic areas were not cleaned as well as other carpet cleaning companies have done. I liked the zerorez technology and wanted to try it. But, I just don't think the technology works well.

Professional work and personnel. The gentleman who was out last week to do our work was quick, thorough, and a hard worker.

One thing: your work is excellent, but the tile cleaning was VERY expensive. I just cannot afford to spend $1200 on cleaning tile very often. Could you come up with some sort of less expensive annual visit that could be more affordable and yet get the job done? Then I probably wouldn't wait for eight years like I did this time to get the cleaning done!

Excellent representatives! Keith Loatman did a great job on Monday. He worked extra hard to renew our carpeting and got rid of all the stains left from construction (we had renovations done to our interior a short time ago).
Your company produces an excellent product. We are loyal customers and would recommend you to our friends without hesitation.
