How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The hose used by the technician to clean my carpets was dripping and left about 100 white dried spots of the cleaning solution all over my staircase and entry way hardwood floors. The solution when dried does not come up with any type of cleaner and had to be scraped off the floor. It took me 2 hours to clean the mess up.. Do not think I want to go through that again. Getting carpets cleaned and then having to clean all the hardwood in my house where the technician walked or drug his hose over.

Also found a dead cricket in my closet right after he had cleaned and obviously was not thorough.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your customer service is marginal at best. This is my fourth time to use you guys and the second time I have found your customer service to be dismal. I called your office on the morning of my appointment and got the voice mail option. I chose option #3 for customer service and left a message. Thirty minutes passed without a return call. So, I called back and chose option #2 since I already had an appointment and #1 option was to make a new appointment. Still no one called me back almost twenty five minutes later. This was almost an hour after I had left the first message. I waited another 15 minutes and called again and this time chose option #1 which was to make a new appointment. This time, someone live did answer the phone, but was not helpful, and did not care that no one had returned either of my other calls. I got the feeling she was used to this kind of complaint, and just did not care. Really...do you get this kind of call about not having calls returned promptly that they don't care anymore? When the service man did show up, he was very courteous and did a good job. But the bad feeling I had that came from the (marginal) customer service person would make me thing twice about using you guys again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I wasn't happy with the customer service of the carpet cleaner. I was at work so he talked to me on the phone. I know he needs to encourage me to buy other cleaning packages but he really went about it wrong with offensive comments and pressure tactics. Just inform me of my options; don't try to scare me into buying something I don't need. He claimed my home "smelled like dog urine" as soon as he stepped into the house. I knew this wasn't true since I have had many people over my home and not one of them ever told me that. And I am allergic to dogs so I would have been even more sensitive to it if that was the case. Fortunately, he did do a good job cleaning the carpets but more tact is recommended for future clients. I wouldn't want him to talk that way to friends and family members.

Gave me a time window two days prior and called when on the way to my house. Also, the tech that cleaned my carpets -seemed to really care that I was concered about a particular area of my living room carpet and instead of just telling me "that's as good as it is going to get" - he tried one more thing and the area looks perfect! Also I was concerned about the upstairs carpets getting too wet and he lessoned the amount of water he used so they would dry quicker and they also came out perfect. He really listened to and addressed my concerns!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your fellow was pleasant enough but I have used yall twice now. Dalworth has corner guards to protect my walls from your hoses. Both times your men show up not in uniform (very unprofessional). This time the fellow was hacking and coughing (very unnerving). He left oil stains on my driveway and there is still a spot on my carpet. I knew it might be difficult to get out but he should have explained it more.

I had two services and spent a lot of money. Tile & grout cleaning and sealing. Result - not as clean as when I have used another major provider. Carpet cleaned in master bedroom. Result: it doesn't look that clean and it doesn't smell fresh like your advertising promises. Overall I am no happy with the quality of Zerorez. In addition, when I asked to have a technician come back to clean spots totally missed on the tile, I requested early in the day and once again got the last stop of the day. My appointment was supposed to be between 5:30-6:30 p.m. even though I told customer service I wanted it earlier. The technician showed up at 7:15 p.m. and I sent him away. My next scheduled appointment is on Thursday, November 29. I hope when you assign my "window" of service it will be in the morning as I have repeatedly requested.

I was hoping after talking to the rep on the phone before the carpet got cleaned that you guys could get carpet cleaned. The high traffic areas didn't seem to get clean at all. I took some spot shot to a few areas a few days after the carpet was cleaned and the areas cleaned right up. The paper towels that I used to wipe it up came up totally dirty so I know the dirt isn't part of the carpet.
Also after your employee showed up and he was shown the areas to clean I came back to discover that another tenant had grabbed him and he was cleaning his office. Anyway I put a stop to that and your employee said he made a deal with him to do his carpet after ours. Anyway I am open to ideas.

We have used this service before and been very pleased. This last time the service guy worked very hard to do everything right but in a five foot area the stains that normally come out didn't. They were obvious the very next day. They wouldn't rebook until DEC 23rd to fix it and it did impact our holiday plans. The problem we have is not with the service itself but with the time frame it will take to make it right.

Carpets took over 24 hours to dry completely and that is far longer than any other company that I have used. This 24 hours was also with the use of ceiling fans to expedite the process.

Based on radio ads, I expected all spots on my carpet to be removed. They weren't--albeit with a an explanation as to why--don't know if they were valid reasons or not. I did not expect to be left with water and footprints on the tile floor adjacent to one room. It had to be cleaned almost immediately. The cleaned carpets did look much better than before the cleaning.

What do you like about our products and services?

I was very happy with the whole process, from my initial call through to Phillip driving away after cleaning my carpets. Everyone was professional and courteous. The carpet looks great!
I train and coach people everyday on how to talk to people and build rapport. I give Phillip an A+ for his people skills! Not often do you have someone who really cares about the job they are doing and informs you all along the way. Whatever you guys are doing to train your employees, keep it up!
