Professional attitude if everyone I spoke to and the technician was polite and helpful. It took less time than I anticipated, and looks great.

Your technicians take the time to listen to your carpet issues, and are very good at answering any questions BEFORE they start to work. They are always polite and professional. Once done, our carpet looks brand new and the clean lasts and lasts. With a large dog and two cats in the house, that's a huge advantage. That's a big reason why we have encouraged our friends to use them over all the other carpet cleaning companies.

I think the deep cleaning and sanatation is very much needed in the case of the house I purchased and I could see the difference within once vaccum.

I listened for weeks to the advertisments on the radio how you made carpet look like new again. How you were able to get out stains and even paint. How you wee able to make 10 year old carpet look like new. I didn't expect it to look that good, but I certainly expected better than what I received. My carpet has two small areas of paint stain, and was well traveled in a couple areas due to a lot of foot traffic. The ground in dirt look I expected to be cleaned is still there as well as the paint stains. The paint stains are just as prominent now as BEFORE it was cleaned. The carpet still looks well traveled and the dirt stains are still there, though not as prominent, but quite noticeable. I paid quite a bit extra for the "doggie" treatment, and was quite dissapointed in the overall cleaning job that was done.

Wasn't able to get the pet stains out as we hoped it would.

I was told that the carpets would be dry within 2 to 4 hours. Because of the rainy and damp weather, they did not dry. I contacted the tech who brought out a large dryer. It took the one room 3 days to dry using the large dryer off and on during that time.

The guys were so friendly and efficient. They were cleaning my neighbors carpet and were able to clean mine at the same time. Thanks 0-Rez!

Funny - your commercials and radio-celebrity promo's are so convincing that even though you did a great job, I was a bit disappointed to still have a noticeable traffic area after you cleaned. I thought my carpet really WOULD look new. And it did in some spots, but there were still trouble areas afterwards.

My carpet was much improved in appearance, was not soaking wet and did not smell like pet odor!

Both the customer service and the actual carpet cleaning are outstanding. I had a really bad situation with my carpets and I knew it. My techs, Seth and Tim were so straightforward and honest with their recommendations, and they helped me get what I needed for the best price. I thought I requested carpet cleaning. When the tech arrived, I was told that I needed a "deep cleaning". Is the carpet cleaning that you advertise not suppose to "deep clean"? Or is that an upsell when the tech arrives? Sounds a little like a used car salesman approach. (not to be mean to used car salesman)

No residue! Plus, a large stain was removed that Dalworth could not get out over a year ago!

Roy did a great job and was very professional. After he was finished he had me look at the carpets with him and he made sure they looked good to me. The carpets looked great for our family that came to visit. I will definately call on Zerorex again. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Tyrell was very professional, courteous and explained what he was doing. He cleaned up after himself. The carpet was dry the next morning. Even though there were a few stains that didn't come up, the carpet overall looked much, much better.

The carpet came out great. Most stains got removed. Only a few complaints. Some furniture got nicked by the metal unit that does the spraying. They were over an hour and a half late and they never called, I had to call them.

We thought it was overall a good experience --just a couple of stains did not come out and our carpet was overall fairly clean already. The pet treatment seemed pricey considering it was just a quick spray on the carpet.

The carpet and "trouble spots" tend to stay cleaner longer

they do the best job on pet stains & soiling. Plus, we've used others and the carpet was left way too wet. very quality work, professional people and great, great service.

The rug was very clean

there are stains/spots left in every room that you cleaned. You did not get out everything. while you are probably better than most, you certainly didn't live up the hype about removing all stains from a carpet.

My carpet was dirtier closer to the wall and it cost extra to clean it. I was disappointed to see my woodwork (baseboard) got all scratched up and will need to be repainted.

The gentleman who serviced my home was wonderful! He helped with the furniture & removed stains my son made I was sure were impossible. He was very patient, friendly, & professional. I cannot tell you how much it was appreciative I am for his fantastic job. I have already highly recommend you. Keep up the excellent work!

We like that you use very HOT water to extract the dirt and stains and no chemicals. The fact that you offer a green process was the #1 reason we chose you. Also, your price was very reasonable -- and the results were fantastic! We will definitely use you again!
