How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We have only had our carpet a little over a year and this process did not leave the carpet looking fresh and clean in one of the two rooms that we had done. You can still see all the dark areas, like you could before it was cleaned. We applied a fiber protectant after and I was told that it would be dry in 2 - 6 hours. It is still wet after 30 hours!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

the technician was unprofessional I was not happy witht the initial cleaning and was scheduled to receive a second cleaning free it took 12 days for my rescheduled appointment. The tech did not think i needed a second cleaning and left after about 15 minutes. (this is a shortenend version) Although zerorez offered to come out a third time, I had no confidence it would be done right then. I cleaned it myself and emailed pictures of the dirt I pulled from the carpet.
I requested a refund and it is my understanding it will be sent to me as soon as possible.

I had my tile floor in my kitchen cleaned and the results were not as good as I had hope. Dirt was left in some of the grout which isnt what I expected.

I like that Zerorez does not use soaps in the cleaning process. I also appreciate the technician's willingness to help move furniture and then move it back after the area has been cleaned.

I was told on the phone when I made the appt that the technitian would bring a powerstetcher and give me an estimate and perform a stretch or kneekick of some loose carpet upstairs. I was disappointed to be told I woild have to call for an estimate later. Dr Last name removed

The service was fast and professional, the stains are gone, the carpet looks the best it has in years. The carpet is soft and smells very fresh.

Our carpet looks amazing! This was our first visit by zero rez. We hope to see more longterm results with the zero rez process. We had a lot of soap/residue build-up in our carpet from previous cleanings by another company.

What do you like about our products and services?

From speaking to the person who answered the phone to the one who came out to do the work, Zerorez has been first-rate in professionalism. The woman on the phone was most helpful and patient in explaining your type of cleaning process, and your service person Tyree Coleman arrived exactly when expected, well attired and spoken, spent time informing me about the work he would be doing and obtained my permission before proceeding. This is no where near my standard experience with service people coming into my home!

They were nice, on time and did an amazing job in my home. I am so happy with the service. My old gross stained carpet looks amazing!

I must have missed the difference in the animal stain guarantee and the regular service. I now have beautifully clean carpets but most of the animal spots reappeared and to get them retreated I will have to pay more and I don't know how much more.

Left light colored discoloration where walk through traffic walked. Told me that you may feel a difference but not see a difference. I see a big difference. This carpet was less than a year old. Now it is discolored!

I liked the fact that no chemicals were used but the carpet came out just as clean or better than when I had my carpet cleaned with chemicals. I also like the fact that the service technician was prompt and very professional

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Carpet is still crunchy from spills and stains in several areas, and several stains are still evident. Signed up for 3 room special of $119 although knew that we would need pet stain treatment in a few areas. Tech told boyfriend who was present to let him in the house that I had signed up to have all 3 rooms completely pet treated, therefore carpet cleaning cost 3 times more than anticipated. Tech had no intention of moving any furniture, but finally assisted boyfriend in moving some furniture so that carpet cleaning could be done more thoroughly, after repeated insistence of boyfriend. Tech left coat at house and needs to retrieve same.

The carpets look and smell great, the tech was very polite, the service was quick and drying time was really fast, and no water was sloshed on my wood floors. Will call in January to have the upstairs done! Thank you

What could we do to improve?

I recently used your service after hearing about zerorez on KLIF and the $99/4 room special. When I called to make my appointment, I was not asked about pets. We just recently moved into a new house (new to us) and the previous owners had pets and there were stains on the carpet. On the phone, I was quoted $99 for 4 room special, stairs taking up 2 rooms. If I wanted to whole house cleaned, it would be $254. When Terry arrived at our home, we were quoted an additional $75 per room for "pet treatment", bumping the original quote up to $624+tax. Not cool.

Curious-why charge 3 X more for rug cleaning than cleaning hall ways/traffic area requiring manuvering around walls/corners/furniture etc???? A rug laid out on my drive-way with no furniture on it......crazy....

Phillip was very personable and gave me lots of good information about the service and the treatment. He explained was he was doing and other services offered. He did a great job of cleaning the carpet.

The man who serviced us, Jamal McDuffie, was very nice and helpful, and a hard worker. We'd give him a 10 for sure. The carpet is not as "fluffy" as I expected, but maybe that is just the type of carpet we have.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

THe areas you cleaned looked fantastic, but a few things were very disappointing. The stated timeframe for you guy sto come out was 11-1:30, and you arrived at 9:45. It was stated that you guys would move furniture such as sofa's, chairs, etc. and didn't mention anything about a pet treatment. THe technicialn explained it once you got to my house, at a significantly higher cost which sounded necessary to not make my house stink from the cleaning. Lastly, there was a pet spot that remained right at the leg of a chair, which I would have expected to have been moved and cleaner under. Not this spot is going to be right where the front of my christmas will be. I expected to pay $140 and ended up paying double that.
