Your representative Richard was pleasant and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. We are pleased with the results. It was our second time with Zerorez. That Richard worked alone was noteworthy, as some of the "Brand X" companies swarm you with two or three people, who get in each others' way and with less effective results. When we're ready for another cleaning we will not hesitate to call Zerorez.

I was very happy with the service technician and my carpets, however, I didn't appreciate not being told ahead of time about your "Fuel Surcharge Fee".

You really get the carpets clean without leaving any residue that makes them quickly get dirty again. Your service people are always cooperative & professional.
I feel that I was sold a bill of goods. I asked for the Jody Dean special of 119.00 for 3 rooms. Two bedroom carpets (one room 10 X 10, other 10 X 13) were cleaned at the cost of $594.00. They wanted to charge me for 10 gallons of stain remover. I could not afford this. So they did 6 gallons and showed me that it covered only a few square feet. The technician was dramatic with his blue light flashlight and getting down on the floor to smell several very recent pet stains. It made me very uncomfortable. Felt it was a definite bait and switch tactic. Are they paid on commission?
Stains did not come out. The chemical odor lasted for several days. I was quoted over $1100.00 to clean the carpet in 2 rooms as well as a sofa and two wingback chairs. YIKES!
Later, I learned from both of my children who use Zerorez that they got the same type of treatment on their first service call. However on later service calls Zerorez did the regular cleaning as ordered and requested.
Yes, I may use your services again, but will not recommend service to friends. I trust the commercials Jody Dean does on the radio. I will demand the service as advertised.

What I love about this company is that there is absolutely never stains that reappear. My carpets are dry within an hour. The technicians are all wonderful. I will never use another company

Although most of the cleaning was good, there were several smaller items that were cleaned around and not moved to clean under. The price was three times what I usually pay. The $60 a room upcharge for pet cleaning is outrageous.

I had an appointment for Monday, November 28th. I was called the Friday before and told the technician would be there between 4:00 and 5:30. No one ever came and no one called me to let me know why. I called the office and left a message on voice mail - no one returned my call. My husband emailed, and again no response from anyone. That certainly is not the way to run a business. I will think twice before I ever call you again to clean my carpets. How disappointing it was to see no customer service from a company that is always advertising on the radio how great it is.

The pre-treatment for the pet stains (of which I could not tell existed prior to treatment) was initially sold as a treatment so that it would not smell like the pet urine the representative was seeing with the black light. I was told that it would smell like this if not treated. HOwever, just before putting the treatment down, the representative did say that if the smell continued, I would probably need to replace the padding and possibly the carpet. If this is a known problem, then I suggest that a pre-treatment that bears no guarantee of getting rid of he smell not be sold at all! What is the purpose of it in the end?
