Very clean and no chemicals
The on- tech should insure we get the latest Dvertsised rate, regardless what's on his work order.
Hall Carpet, still has several bad spots,I have a redo scheduled for the hall March 3rd, it will depend on the outcome of the second cleaning.
JOE, THE MAIN TECH. WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ALL OUESTIONS ASKED. NO CHEMICAL SMELLS, WHICH WAS THE BEST. THE ONLY BAD PART WAS WHILE CLEANING THE AIR DUCTS, AS THET WERE VERY DIRTY AND REALLY CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO LEAVE DUE TO MY ALLERGIES.THIS HOWEVER WAS NO FAULT OF THE TECHS. CLEANUP WAS WELL DONE AND AFTER THE CARPETS DRIED , IT LOOKED LIKE WE HAD NEW CARPETS! THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THEY LOSS A SCREW TO ONE OF THE AIR DUCT VENTS AND NEVER TOLD US, AND WE STILL HAVE NOT FOUND IT. I FEEL THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MENTIONED AND REPLACED. OTHER THAN THIS SMALL INCIDENT, EVERYTHING WAS MORE THAN JUST FANTASTIC!

The representatives were very friendly and did a great job on the carpets. I left my husband in charge of the cleaning as I had an appointment elsewhere. He was not very thrilled about being left in charge. The representatives made my husband feel very comfortable through the entire process. When I came home not only did I have clean carpets but a happy husband. Thank you!
Have the tech talk less and work more. It's nice to be friendly, but there is "too much information" friendly. If he would have done his job, he could have finished in half the time. Make sure the tech is correct when giving a date when curtains will come back. The tech said it would be one to two weeks before the cleaned curtains would be back, but when I called 13 days later the lady said it would be three to four weeks. I have a formal dinner in two weeks and all I can do is hope to goodness the curtains are finished!!!!!!! If I had known it was going to take this long, I would not have had them cleaned. I've used Zerorez for four years now and this is the first time I've had any problems.
The guy did a good job to clean the carpet. But he also recommended some service and he did not say it clearly in the beginning. At the end when I checked the invoice, these is no guarantee of the work being done (clean some spots left by the pet), so I am not happy with that, he should mention that in front. I feel that I paid $75 but got little of that.
your customer service did not know anything about the air purifier you sell and you do not keep any of the filters on hand. that is not acceptable! i wish i had not bought it from you
I had to call four times before my rug was finally delivered. Each time I called, someone would tell me a certain person would call me back - this never occurred.

Technician was not able to remove all of the mold or mildew around bottom of shower which was basically the area that needed to be cleaned. Technician assured that he had made several attempts so we were somewhat disappointed for that reason. Technician was clean, creful and shower was cleaner.
Don't dump your cleaning waste in the street behind your truck when leaving.
Our carpet looks so clean and the clean has lasted longer than any other company we have used. The Zerorez employee was very knowledgeable and personable. He went out of his way to explain how to clean the carpet when we do have a stain.
Did not receive call 24 to 48 hrs prior. Price was 80.00 higher than expected. Work was great

asked him to do upstairs first and he did the downstairs. there was a huge communication problem, I had to make the same requests 2-3 times. seemed he was hard of hearing?

Carpets look great. Phillip was very professional and got the job done quickly.
In a matter of minutes my 11 year old carpet looked like new. There were some spots that the "other guys" could not get out even after many cleanings over the years that were gone after one Zerorez treatment.
I was impressed at how clean the carpet was without using soap/shampoo. Zerorez reps were friendly, informative and very professional. Did a great job and I will use them again. Also, I referred a friend to Zerorez and she has scheduled their services as well.

I asked if the carpet would be dried and was assured by two different people in your office that it would be. I had people coming to my home that night. The carpet was still very wet in the evening and someone dropped a red MM on the wet carpet. Your company is returning next week to get the stain out. I sure hope they do!!!
