The techs that arrive were very friendly and knowledged in the field of cleaning carpets.
I have a dog but I feel they did a good professional job. Alittle expensive but over all
its ok. I feel there should be an automatic decision to either mail the gift certificate
immediately or the tech present it.

The carpets were like new, dried in hours and there was no SMELL!
Technicians are always personable, clean and professional. Some techs are a little pushy with the extra services. My tech this time was Richard and he was not pushy at all and I thanked him for that. In the past I had a job and could afford the extras but this time I could not.
When I got the card in the mail, I was thrilled. Having my carpets cleaned in Jan was on my XMAS list. However my husband got off allot cheaper than I told him he would have to spend, so he was just as HAPPY!
This is the 3-4th time and I will continue to use and recommend to my friends. I know of 1-2 of my friends have called and inquired about the services since Friday. Thanks again, Zerorez

We have a faint urine smell in the carpet that wasn't there before you guys cleaned the carpet. Obviously it's from our dogs but we didn't know the extent of it. Past carpet cleaners used enzymes to remove the smell but for some reason they came back w ZeroRez

I'll gladly recommend your carpet cleaning......I tell people not to let your company clean area rugs...It's my fault for not following up last year with my dissatisfaction. But, frankly, I wasn't sure I'd get my rug back. My rug was picked up before the ice and snow becaause my visiting daughter's dog had peed on it in several areas. After almost 8 weeks and a few phone calls, it was found and returned. Everytime there is moisture in the air, now my rug permiates the room with dog pee odor. Much worse than before it was "cleaned."
I WAS HAPPY WITH THE CLEANING OF MY CARPET.... AND THE WORKER THAT DID THE CARPETS WAS A NICE GUY AND HE DID A GOOD JOB. AND THE NEXT TIME MY CARPETS NEED CLEANING I WILL CALL ZEROREZ.

The technician was knowledgeable and eager to assist me in understanding the unique benefits of the cleaning techniques of Zerorez. I know my carpet actually got a fabulous cleaning with no leftover residues to attract dirt. I'll be a return customer.

Good for people with allergies.
Everything looked great and we are totally satisfied. It only took alot longer to dry then expected. Actually, some parts of the carpet are still not dry 48 hours later.
Everything seemed great, but it was very expensive. My carpet had pet stains, so I paid extra for the pet stain treatment. Now the carpet looks clean, but the rooms smell like dog pee now. I don't know why.
It took a long time for the carpets to dry.
The up front manner in which Terry and his assistant attacked the problem areas. Terry was able to remove some spots the previous Zerorez technicians were not. Now my carpet is like new. Thank you.
I have used Zerorez several times and have always been very pleased....until now. Our carpet was cleaned on Friday, 1-20-12 in the afternoon. We were told that the carpet would be dry by 7:00 that same evening. Saturday, 1-21-12, it was still wet. We then noticed that the spots that were to be cleaned were still there. As the carpet continued to dry, it became apparent that none of the spots had been cleaned. I honestly think that the cleaning chemical was not applied. This has never happened before. We have always been pleased with the cleaned carpet. Needless to say, I called Zerorez Saturday, 1-21-12 and left a message. I took pictures of our UNCLEANED carpet. I will gladly forward them to you. I expect for someone, NOT the same technician, to come and reclean our carpet.
The people are the best! From the phone all the way to the service people and especially customer service. It's nice to be able to talk to a person and have a resolution immediately to any concern. Keep up the excellent work.

Technician did not help move furniture and I had to move them by myself, and the cleaning left dark streaks on the carpet.
