Very clean smell, almost dry when leaving, spots removed and carpet looked new again! Great job!
Your advertisements claimed that you were able to remove stains in carpets where other companies are not. When your representatives came to treat and shampoo my carpets they claimed that the stains were not that bad and there should be no problem in removing them. When they left, there were still stains in my carpet after paying 4 times more for cleaning my carpets than the special price I was quoted when I first called and scheduled your services. I spoke with my sister and she told me that she had a rental home with extremely bad stains and Kiwi was able to remove all of them for less money than I paid. I will never use your services again, nor will I ever recommend your company to anyone.

I love the fact that there's no shampoo used. The carpet is so clean and doesn't feel stiff and sticky when you're finished. I LOVE IT!
Good customer service
Workers were very professional and efficient. I did think that the prioducts were somewhat "misrepresented" by the radio advertising in that the steaming process was not supposed to void the carpet warranty. That suggests that "scotchguard" product the workers indicated was necessary to return the carpet to its original state should not have been necessary. I opted to get it because I wanted the carpet to have the best protection, but I did feel somewhat misled about the services.

The tech tried to charge a different rate than what was quoted... He didn't attempt to clean any of the stains without trying to charge for it.... He basically just vacummed the carpet...

I saw immediate results with my daughter's carpets because they were white. Even when they dried they looked wonderful. I was not as pleased with my carpets after they dried, but they still look a lot better than they did.

Carpet was really clean and the tech did a great job.
Fabulous product - very professional service. John, our technician, was a joy to work with - he did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. It had been quite awhile since we last had them cleaned and now they look like new carpet - so clean. John took his time to thoroughly clean the carpet and showed me the dirt as it was being extracted - it was eye-opening.
In the past when boe was service tech job was done well. This tech was courteous and nice but does not know how to clean carpet

It really works - carpets are truly cleaned and stay clean. You truly get stains out and the stains don't come back!
