I disliked the first thing your technician did was point out one spot that he said was dog urine after confine none in the other rooms and immediately quote $120.00 to retreat two rooms. My dogs are completely house broken and have never had an accident in the house. Then he said it was oil and odor that he found. I paid the extra money. I am still trying to figure out how to get the $100.00 gift certificate I was told I would receive.

Prompt and good service.
This was our first experience with Zerorez. They arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window they had given me. The 2 gentlemen were very courteous and informative. They worked very efficiently and had us inspect the work to make sure we were satisfied before they left. Overall a very positive experience and we will definitely become a repeat customer.

I like the fact Zerorez is a green solutions company, utilizing environmentally friendly ingredients with no residual soap to attract new dirt. The only negative characteristic is their inability to remove stains permanently as some spots seem to reappear over time.

I am pleased with the service I received. My carper is so clean. My granddaughter even made a comment how clean the house was. I thought Philip was very nice and did a great job. I also liked that they do not use chemical that can harm my pet. I will use them again.

I called for the 4-room $99.00 pre-treated special, I have 3 rooms (living room counts for 2) moved everything I could move and ALWAYS, have to have the up grade on the pet stain remover,at $60.00 a room - I got a "favor" at $75.00 for all four - never mind the stains are still there from the previous time carpets were cleaned when the pet stain remover was used. And, NEVER, EVER, be the last person to have carpets cleaned on a Saturday afternoon - carpets were very wet and took about three hours to dry, however, cleaner said it would take 2 - 4 hours to dry. For almost $200.00 and about 40 minutes, I'll go somewhere else for my carpet needs
Have heard good results from ones that have you used your services. Now I am also one of those people that would give Zerorez a ten. I was very impressed. The technicians were courteous, professional and knew their products. Our technician show us how dirty our sectional was and I'm aware that's another opportunity for Zerorez but had I not been shown, I would never have known. Ended up having the furniture cleaned,. Also because I'm such a skeptic, I asked to watch the same test he performed when he showed me the first time how dirty the sectional was. Seeing is believing. The one suggestion I would make is to make sure the hoses are not touching any furniture and if they do, to cover with a cloth,. In our case the hose took some wood and the paint off of our china cabinet.
At this time I am unhappy with the results of the cleaning compared to the way my carpet looks when I use stanley steamer. Though I am interested to see if the carpet will stay cleaner over the next few months due to your "technology".
I would also recommend updating your uniforms more often. I felt bad for the gentleman cleaning my carpet because his uniform was so tattered.

Excellent Technician! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful in future carpet care on our behalf. Will only want Keith back in the future, as we plan to have our vents cleaned and sanitized by him in the not to distant future.
The carpet, which is old and stained, came out beautifully clean. Although set in stains did not come out, it is far more clean and the stains are so much less noticeable. The worker was very courteous. However, the carpet was wet for two days, not just four or five hours.
The service people were extremely courteous and helpful. They took great pains to make our carpets look great. When working with 20 year old carpet there are wear areas that will never look like new, but they did a great job. Our Berber carpets were super clean in areas like the kitchen and laundry room that I thought would never look clean again.
Carpet looks great after everything has dried. Stains seem to have disappeared. Service technician was very professional. He explained the entire process to me and made sure I was satisfied before he left.

The young man that came, Cesar, was intellegent, clean and very respectful. He worked so very hard from the minute he got here to the minute he left, over three hours later. Here were are, almost two weeks later and the stops have NOT returned. He has called personally a couple of times to assure me to call him back if I am not satisfied. He needs a big raise and promotion. Plus, he spoke perfect English. I would call your company back in a heart beat. I Have recommended your company to several friends already and will continue to do so.
We have been using Zerorez for several years now & have no complaints. Your system gets our carpets very clean & the protectant definitely helps keep them in a 'new' condition. We are rather slow at having the carpets cleaned, but because the protectant is applied, the dirt is sitting on the top of the carpet only instead of being ground into the fibers, further breaking them down. Our carpeting is 18 1/2 years old and still in good shape. This last time you came out Tyree Coleman was the representative. I have nothing but the BEST to say about Tyree! He is extremely friendly & professional and gets right down to the business of cleaning the carpets, which includes talking with the client to make sure he knows what they want & getting to know them. He answered all my questions and my carpets look great...and it's been two years since we've cleaned them!
