I was told I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. The technician called only about 5-10 minutes before arrival. Additionally, the technique seemed sloppy. Instead of going room by room - working from the back of the house to the front - he played leap frog. My house is barely a 1,000 sq feet - so it's not as if there was a mansion to clean. If the tech/this company were true professionals, they would have supplied blocks or advised I needed them to put the furniture on so the carpet under the furniture could dry. No dry passes were done - his technique was quite sloppy. The only positve thing I can say is the technician was polite.
Mr. Dawson was very friendly and professional. He explained the added costs that were acquired due to the pet stains and order that I really wanted out of my carpets. He was very competent and took great care and efforts to make this experience positive for me. In the end, my carpet looks great and there has been amazing clean air in the house. I am very pleased and will recommend Zerorez go others.
Mike even moved the couch and cleaned under it. Very thorough job, although cost of pre-treatment too costly. Paid it and satisfied with results but $60.00 too much.
everything was great - the guys that came out were very nice, friendly, professional - I had heard that when you book the special they will come in and recommend a lot more to raise the final bill drastically - this did happen, however, I was expecting it because I had some pet stain problems - nothing I was not expecting. I am curious to see if in the future (without the pet stains) how it will go. I was happy with the results!

The service technicians are always prompt, courteous and efficient. And the results always amaze me, even though I've used Zerorez for years. I still can't believe how nice my carpets look after you have cleaned them. I also like that you don't use chemicals or soaps.

Very clean, no fumes or odors, fantastic, great looking carpet after Luke was finished. Scheduling was easy, and fast. Luke was a delightful young man. Worked fast, but not too fast, effecient and professional. He talked to me about what I wanted and needed, and was not pushy. He LISTENED to me and knew his product and capabilities. I was very comfortable having him in my house.

I was under the impression that you used a dry chemical to protect the carpet. It was definitely not a dry chemical. It took 2 days for the carpet to dry.

At first some of my carpet had a considerable bubble in it but I,m guessing the carpet did
Not dry as quickly as I was told it would because in time the bubble is not

Well, i bought a product that was supposed to be delivered. I've call 3 times with no return call. When call was finally returned, it could not be resolved right away and you were to call me back. That was 4 days ago--still no call. Still no product. Please just credit my account the $45............
my house always smells so fresh after we have our carpets cleaned. love that it's chemical-free, as I have small children and pets.
