In addition to the carpet cleaned I also had the kitchen tile cleaned and sealed. There was a very sticky film on the tile. I had to have my housekeeper use the steamer to clean the tile. After this was completed the tile did look much better from the Zerorer cleaning. There was also a spot in one of my guest bedrooms that did not come up. Other than those 2 items the carpet looked very clean and was a pleasure to walk on barefoot. I would use Zerorez again just be more specific.
PROMPTNESS, COURTESY, QUALITY OF WORK, RESULTS AND OVERALL PROCEDURE. I HAVE USED ZEROREZ BEFORE AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR CARPET CLEANING AND AM CONSIDERING HAVING MY HARDWOOD FLOORS REDONE AND MY GRANITE COUNTERS POLISHED.
I wanted to also do my couch, but I felt the price was steep considering the technician was already there.
I was confused about the "pre treating" being included. I felt I had to pay "extra $75" to get any pretreated, which clearly says in the ad it was "included". Not unhappy with the cleaning itself, just felt I was charged extra when I shouldn't have been.
Booking process. Would be much better to be able to pick a time when you book, not have to wait until a day before you are scheduled to arrive.

I bought the carpet cleaning package that included a $100 gift certificate to Fuller's Jewelers. I was told that I would receive a code in an email from Zeroez once my carpets had been cleaned and I had made payment. My carpets, were cleaned, I made payment, and I got an email from Zerorez, but no code. I am beginning to believe that it is a scam and that the promise of a Fuller's gift certificate was bait to lure me in to buying Zerorez services, but that there was never the intent to deliver on the gift certificate. I think this is a poor business practice, and I will not recommend Zeroez to my friends.

I had my carpet cleaned a total of three times to the tune of $500. One of those was a full pet treatment. My carpet still smells either like cat pee of mildew I cannot tell the difference.

After carpets dried there was little improvement in wear paterns and there was no improvement in pet stains

Our first cleaning from Zerorez was Great. Nick was our service provider. The carpets looked great, Nick took his time and did a great job. And the carpets were barely damp. This experience was not a good. The guy seemd to fly thru the job. The carpets were soaked, to the point that after 18 hours there were still wet spots. That was after having our HVAC fan, ceiling fans and tower fans running the entire time. And the high traffic area in front of the back door, after it dried, looked worse than when he started. I sure wish Nick was still avaiable.
I don't think I have given it enough time to see any changes bot I have not giving up.
Two days after the carpets were cleaned, the spots coming back!
