Our carpet is about 15 yrs. old and we had an elderly pet that recently passed away. They cleaned our carpet and tile floors and they are like new. I'm very happy with their work and the results.
Keep us informed. Arrived on time. Offered helpful advice. Did what you said you would do. The carpet looked great when you were finished. We would ask for Tyree again!
Luke the technician that did my service was very professional and did an excellent job.
I like Zerorez because it cleans my carpets without soaps. No residue builds-up and keeps my carpets like new for longer.
Order has not arrived. Excessive delivery time. Wondering when I will get product that I paid for. I even called to verify delivery address since order receipt had wrong address.
My 4 room $99.00 special turned into $402.00. I liked that my carpet was deorderized and disinfected, but I wouldn't pay that much again. How do I get my voucher from Fuller's Jewelry$

Carpets are very very clean--smells great. Staff is professional and thorough. I had some rugs sent out for cleaning as well including 2 antique rugs. They came back looking AWESOME!

Negotiable! The man who was out at our house was to clean 3 rooms and give an estimate of the tile/grout. I couldn't afford $1.75 sq. ft., he gave me a choice of 1/2 off $800! Too soon to tell if carpet will look clean.....not sure if I can really tell yet! I guess I was excepting to look like NEW! Will keep you posted! I did like the fact that it didn't take that long to dry! Thanks
Pricing, I was expecting $99.00 for three rooms. I have dogs and was expecting an upcharge of maybe double the $99.00 because of treating for them. However, I was quoted over $600.00. Which I could not see paying, but did end up paying three times what I thought. However, The carpet was cleaned up very well and the techs were polite. Next time I will call more than one company.
When I called to make the appointment, I wasn't informed of the amount of drying time required. I had a 4 pm appointment and have children. They couldn't walk in the main areas of our house until the next day. The carpets weren't dry until midnight. I wouldn't have agreed to such a late appointment had I known.

We loved the great job Zerorez did on my Mom's carpet. I heard about Zerorez on the radio but I didn't know anyone who had used them, so I really didn't know how good a job they would do. Happily, the technician arrived on time and was friendly and very professional, and he got right to work. And when he left, the carpet was clean and soft. We'll definitely be calling Zerorez again.
We were supposed to have our couch cleaned along with the carpets but the technician did not have the upholstery attachment in his truck. The couch cleaning, which I requested when I called, was not on his work order. He called the office to get someone else out but I still have not heard from anyone at Zerorez.
They work!!!! My carpets are proof of that.
