Green technology and courteous/efficient workers

First, you missed two straight appointments. Finally, on the third, the guy came out, worked for 30 minutes and called it good. Some spots did not come out. The advertisement says that the spots won't return but 24 hours later, one of the spots is showing through again. I had high hopes for Zerorez, but performance has trended to poor. Did not do as good of job as other carpet cleaners.

There were two men who cleaned the carpet Joe did a better job cleaning the carpet upstairs than John did down stairs. I was also told that the dirt on the side of the stairs and edges of rooms could not be cleaned. Other than those two issues the carpet upstairs really looked good, the two rooms downstairs could have been done better.

Payed $180 more than the quoted price as was told I needed a pre-treatment to remove stains and a large rust stain and other stains were not removed.

No chemicals. I'm allergic to a lot of things, like perfume, cigarette smoke, scented candles and some chemicals.

We just think you do a very good job which speaks highly for your personnell.

Products did a great job of cleaning with little oder. Service was fast and very friendly.

You use just water. However, since you use just water why does it costs so much? Why don't you have specials for just 2 rooms instead of 3?

However, I had my tile sealed by Zerorez last year, and it has since developed some holes and strange coloring that were not there before.

Well, from all the radio talk and advertising, I would have expected this amazing clean look. In the past, I have hired a regular service that is just a one man operation here locally. And although it is difficult to compare, my wife and I agreed that this local service is able to get the same and in some instance better results, for the same $. Also, the pet treatment was offered at $60 an area in addition to the regular price for cleaning. That's almost 2-1/2 times the price of a base cost per area. I am not dissatisfied with the service provided, it was still a very reasonable and fair service, but you asked me so I thought I would be honest. Thanks.

The professionalism of the gentlemen who came to my home was refreshing. I was at ease with them and felt that they completely knew their business as they took their time to clean my carpets.

I think my carpets are the cleanest they've ever been and I like the fact no chemicals are used. Your technician did an outstanding job.

Do not push for additional services that was not asked by the customer.

A more active technician with initiative would be more beneficial to the company.

The technician was thorough, neat, and personable. I like the idea of not having any residue left in the carpet which should keep the carpet from getting dirty quicker. I also like that the carpet wasn't crunchy feeling after cleaning and protector was put down.

Customer Service didn't know what was going on with my apt. No one called to confirm. I had to call and then was transfered to several people before I could get a confirmation. Once they arrived he added more things and ended up costing more money. Its been a couple of weeks and we can see where some of the stains were. NOT HAPPY. Your service does not meet up with what you advertise. I will call the radio stations promoting you to inform.

Prices are a bit high especailly when you add scotch guard and spray for heavy stain areas

I need some time to judge the no residue factor. Otherwise, pleased with service.

They always do a great job of getting stains out of our carpet. I do recommend Zerorez to everyone I know.
