How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You did not disappoint, but I found 2 areas that did not get as clean as I hoped. They don't have unusual spills on them, just foot traffic grayness. So I was not so impressed either. Why not sent the man back to do these two spots some more and see if they can be improved? Each area is just about 1 foot square.

What could we do to improve?

I am very happy with the carpet cleaning and the associate who cleaned our carpet! I am not happy with the results of the tile/grout cleaning. The grout was much cleaner the day of cleaning, but once the "sealer" dried there were dark spots throughout the room. I was told they would fully dry with-in a day or two but they have not. I don't believe that the grout was truly sealed either, the grout looks near as dingy as it did before only a month after cleaning. I will continue to recommend the carpet cleaning but will warn friends and family before paying for the tile grout cleaning.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

the technician that came out was very helpful and did a good job and the carpet looks good. however, the carpet now smells odd and i wonder if you dont use any chemicals if it actually cleans the carpet or maybe the water on the techs truck was dirty. the reason i wonder about your method of cleaning is the surface of the carpet now has a dirty smell all over the house not in just one spot. so as i stated either your process does not effectively clean the carpet or he used dirty water to start with beacuse our carpets were not in very bad shape to star with. so no i am not happy with paying $210 for your service

I ordered a cleaning kit along with my services on 3/2/12. I still have yet to rcvd it. I have called about this, you said it was to be delivered two days ago. I still have yet to receive it.

I have had rooms per treated.. Still smells and stained.. They came back out after a no show of a 3 hr window.. In which the next time they pet treated the area again.. To make the smell worse.. I didn't even ask to get the stains.. Thought he was going to.. Scheduled again to evaluate the area.. To get the horrible smell out of my 8 yr old daughters room!

The staff was very polite and the cleaning agents left no residue or chemical smell after the work was completed. The technicians also showed up on time and work was completed in a timely manner.

It was extremely hard to get a call back from someone about commercial cleaning. I had to call 4 times, each time being told someone would call me back that day.

The job on my tile is horrible. The grout is still dirty and the floor has areas that Tim did not even attempt to get the previous sealer up. I only agreed to having the tile done that night because we were told it would not be a problem. I feel that u should be refunded the price we paid for the tile. Also we ordered a mop kit 3/5 and we have never gotten it. I want a refund for it.

I have called to voice my unhappiness with this last experience with Zerorez. I have always been a raving fan of Zerorez, but Monday's cleaning was not good. I do not blame the technician Cesar, but the equipment. The carpets were so wet and are still damp today, Wednesday. Tuesday just trying to put thinks back with my socks only, they were wet and dirty after all day of going in and out of rooms. I don't believe the water or the dirt were extracted from the 5 rooms that were cleaned. Someone from your company brought out a large fan, that didn't even speed the process. Needlestosay, we are not happy. I have rescheduled a return.

What could we do to improve?

I am not quite sure. I had everything ready for the gentlemen who came. It took them all of 15 - 20 minutes to finish. For the amount of time that they spent, did I get a good value for my money? Also, they are always so focused on selling you other things which I do not like at all.
