The carpet looked amazing and was not wet when I arrived home. It smelled clean and fresh. I would definitely use Zerorez again and recommend it to a friend.
Had a stain that would not come out of coffee and was disapointed did not look much cleaner than before appt when dry.
1. We were not told about the fuel charge initially but saw it on the email. (They did take it off, though)
2. We were told it would cost $210 for a cotton 7 foot sofa. When the technician came out he told us $250.00. (They did change it back to $210.00)
3. We were told we would get a code for a $100.00 Fuller's gift card. We did not.
4. Our sofa looks much worse after the cleaning which cost $210.00
5. A few areas of the carpet look worse. Some areas look good.

Everyone is very helpful and curtious.
Usually offers include 4 rooms and hall at no extra cost. Hall cost an extra $35.00. Closet was extra $25.00. Living room counted as two rooms so basically we got 3 rooms for $99.00. We paid extra for the hall but left out a bedroom due to the additional cost of the living room.
Also no mention of the gift card to Fuller's in any emails etc.
ZeroRez can be a bit more clear on the add ons on their website and communicate different packages on their website.
Your initial price getting in the door is great but you've lost a future customer. Once you get your pricing for treatment and things like stairs are as much if not more than the initial cleaning itself i think it's an awful "bait and switch" tactic. I gave you guys a shoot but your pricing for upgrades is awful.
The service was great and my carpets look terrific. Most of the stains were removed with the pre treatment.
I called Zerorez strictly because of the ads/recommendations on KSKY. For example, John David Wells on KSKY said that old pet stains come out completely.
First, I must say that the gentleman who came out was very nice, but I wish he had moved two silk plants and a small settee to clean under them. Also, technicians usually place and/or leave with us some sort of carpet protectors, like a square of plastic, so furniture can be put back in place before the carpet dries without causing furniture stain to "bleed" onto the carpet. None were left.
Also, the $99 quickly went up to over $300, which we can't afford right now. We settled for fewer add-ons and paid $226; your technician was very nice about that also. But had I started with a Groupon, as we have done in the past, we would have paid about $170 for what we had done. And we have had no complaints with those companies.
Unfortunately, we were if anything, less pleased with the results the next day. Solution used to clean spots left yellowing. And unlike what is stated in your commercial, we were cautioned that the urine, that had been "left" only 3 days before, could come back and that it wasn't anything your company could control. I happened to hear your commercial again the next day, and it just wasn't what we were told by the technician. I think what we were told, rather than the commercial, is the actual truth.
The result is that what I will be recommending to friends and family (back to your original question) is to watch for Groupons to cut the base price before add-ons start hiking the final price.

THat you use only hot water. They did an excellent job and spots came up that I never thought would. Excellent and professional.
The crew was timely, efficient, informative, and friendly.
I think the no-chemical process makes sense and works. The technician explained what was being done and answered my questions in a straight forward manner. My carpets look nearly new. I'm hoping they stay that way for months to come, then I'll call Zerorez again.
Randy was an excellent representative of your firm! He called in advance of appointment, was friendly, knowledgable, explained services well, and he did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet and applying fiber protectant. The process from our original call to inquire about service went well. The only suggestion I would have would be to provide cost per room on fiber protectant when making appointment. It is understood that representative will validate service and cost before beginning work. Paid by credit card and promptly received e-mail receipt detailing service provided. Will use you again in future, and hopefully get Randy again next time.

With three kids, 2 dogs and a cat, our carpet takes a beating, but Zerorez got it looking great, again.
This particular time the carpets appeared to be more dry than other carpet cleaning days when I got home from work. I had dreaded coming home to soaking wet carpets and was pleasantly surprised. Our tech even got a coke stain out of the carpet without it being pointed out to him. We tell people about your service every chance we get. Our light colored carpets always look great when you finish your work. Thank you!

ZeroRez delivers what it promises. Our carpets were heavily stained from a plumbing issue and from heavy traffic. They look almost new. There is no odor, no mess, and no residual issues. It is gratifying to find a company that delivers what it promises, but ZeroRez does exactly that. You are the "class act" in your industry.

The carpet cleaning system is amazing and the carpet stays clean longer and the stains don't come back. Staff is always professional and very helpful. Love the specials when you run them for 4 rooms for one price.
