I love everything about the Zerorez experience. The technicians are efficient, attentive and real. The process is without chemicals which is fantastic for several reasons. And, my carpet and all the air in my studio are distinctly fresh.

Carpet looks like new & smells fresh!
After hearing so much about your company I was expecting my carpet to look better. I still have some spots (one of which I knew they couldn't get out). While the crew was very nice, they didn't offer to move any furniture (such as night stands or end tables) to clean the carpet under them. Other companies I've used automatically did that without having to ask. I didn't expect the beds or couch to be moved but I did think they would move the end tables and other small furniture to clean.
I believe my carpet is somewhere around nine years old. I have cats and one of my cats has been sick and has left evidence of his illness on the carpet. I really did not think there was much hope to improve the carpet, but I was placing my house on the market and had to hope for the best, because I could not afford to replace the carpet.
My carpet went from very gross no one will want to step on the carpet, to the point my realtor came in and said "wow your carpet is in great condition".
Needless to say I am a zeroez fan big time. Not only that your rates were rock bottom, especially when my carpet had not been cleaned in a few years.

This is for cleaning we had done in November, 2011. Offer extra treatments at a lower price. We had a cleaning on Thursday, Feb. 23,2012. The technician offered us a treatment for cleaning stains and pet urine that was a $150.00 over the original price of 4 rooms for $99. We had 3 rooms of carpet to be cleaned and they were only partial rooms since we did not move any large furniture. The technician then reduced the price to a total of $174 including the $99, still too expensive. It seems the technician was angry that we did not take the treatment being offered, the technicians in the past went over the carpets more than once and extracted most of the water that was used. This technician yesterday, only went over carpets once to wash and dry. The carpet was still wet in the morning even with fans on them all night. He dropped a hose on one of the dogs' water dishes which spilled onto the floor, never apologized or offered to clean it up. Did not have a good customer service attitude. If we call again to have carpets cleaned we do not want the same technician, his name was Luke Henexson, he obviously needs more training or he just didn't like what he was doing. I asked if the carpet would be dried and was assured by two different people in your office that it would be. I had people coming to my home that night. The carpet was still very wet in the evening and someone dropped a red MM on the wet carpet. Your company is returning next week to get the stain out. I sure hope they do!!!

Hall Carpet, still has several bad spots,I have a redo scheduled for the hall March 3rd, it will depend on the outcome of the second cleaning.
JOE, THE MAIN TECH. WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ALL OUESTIONS ASKED. NO CHEMICAL SMELLS, WHICH WAS THE BEST. THE ONLY BAD PART WAS WHILE CLEANING THE AIR DUCTS, AS THET WERE VERY DIRTY AND REALLY CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO LEAVE DUE TO MY ALLERGIES.THIS HOWEVER WAS NO FAULT OF THE TECHS. CLEANUP WAS WELL DONE AND AFTER THE CARPETS DRIED , IT LOOKED LIKE WE HAD NEW CARPETS! THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THEY LOSS A SCREW TO ONE OF THE AIR DUCT VENTS AND NEVER TOLD US, AND WE STILL HAVE NOT FOUND IT. I FEEL THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MENTIONED AND REPLACED. OTHER THAN THIS SMALL INCIDENT, EVERYTHING WAS MORE THAN JUST FANTASTIC!

The representatives were very friendly and did a great job on the carpets. I left my husband in charge of the cleaning as I had an appointment elsewhere. He was not very thrilled about being left in charge. The representatives made my husband feel very comfortable through the entire process. When I came home not only did I have clean carpets but a happy husband. Thank you!
Have the tech talk less and work more. It's nice to be friendly, but there is "too much information" friendly. If he would have done his job, he could have finished in half the time. Make sure the tech is correct when giving a date when curtains will come back. The tech said it would be one to two weeks before the cleaned curtains would be back, but when I called 13 days later the lady said it would be three to four weeks. I have a formal dinner in two weeks and all I can do is hope to goodness the curtains are finished!!!!!!! If I had known it was going to take this long, I would not have had them cleaned. I've used Zerorez for four years now and this is the first time I've had any problems.
The guy did a good job to clean the carpet. But he also recommended some service and he did not say it clearly in the beginning. At the end when I checked the invoice, these is no guarantee of the work being done (clean some spots left by the pet), so I am not happy with that, he should mention that in front. I feel that I paid $75 but got little of that.

Mike did exactly everything you said he would -- called 25 mins prior to appt, was very friendly, did a great job, was fast and your prices were great!
