The tech tried to charge a different rate than what was quoted... He didn't attempt to clean any of the stains without trying to charge for it.... He basically just vacummed the carpet...

Fabulous product - very professional service. John, our technician, was a joy to work with - he did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. It had been quite awhile since we last had them cleaned and now they look like new carpet - so clean. John took his time to thoroughly clean the carpet and showed me the dirt as it was being extracted - it was eye-opening.

In the past when boe was service tech job was done well. This tech was courteous and nice but does not know how to clean carpet

The products cleaned the carpets well and did not leave a strong after smell. It was also helpful that it was pet friendly as I have a small dog who likes to lick his feet. All in all, very satisfield.
