Zerorez did not come or call the day we were promised a visit, even though we called three times to confirm. When we called the next day, an agent finally came, but the service was poor, and our carpets remain dirty. We want a substantial reduction in the high price we were charged for this unconscionably bad service.
The process of 3 rooms and 2 rugs took about 30 to 45 minutes. We paid an extra $60 for pet urine and could still and can still smell it just as strong as before. The guy was very nice but obviously in a hurry to be done with his day and it showed in his quality of work. Very disappointed
Better pricing - the "special" advertised on the radio was very good but then to add on rooms or additional services not explained over the phone quintupled my cost.
No chemicals!!! It dries quickly!!! The carpet stands up afterwards like new!!!
I was told that it was three rooms for $80, then I had a free hall coupon. That left only the living den. Somehow the bill went from $80 to $169. That is reasonable, but there was no explanation on my bill which was emailed.
Also, the cleaning job was fine except that right as you hit the carpet coming from the front door, there were four dark spots which I was able to work on and almost completely clean with a little Greased Lightning and water. The dark whatever was coming off on the cloth. I don't understand why the cleaner would not have done that.
My rugs feel and look brand new - no residue. My tile floor also looks brand new. Thank you your service is great and Seth Hopkins the technician was very professional!
The Flash is not worth the money, the spots still smell like urine. The carpet looks clean, but the $75.00 is way to much money for the spot to still smell.
I make it quite clear that I only wanted the $99 special! If the stains did not come out, I was probably looking to replace the carpet. $277 was not what I wanted to hear. The technician became surly after that and spent what I thought was very little time on my carpet cleaning. He was very nice at the beginning until I only wanted the special. What did I pay for that added up to 115? tax on 99 is about $8.25. NOT HAPPY!

Hunter was very helpful and did an excellent job. The carpet looks like new - will see how it looks several weeks from now. In the past the spots always came back. The price, however was very steep - $310 to clean, living room, 3-bedrooms (two are very small) and a closet (again a small area). Lived in our home since 1999 and have pets which, unknown to us, had "accidents' in the two small rooms. We did have the extra treatment in those two areas at a cost of $120. So our three room price went from $89 to $310 - pretty hefty. Did like the tool used to show the "accidents". We did recommend to our daughter and shared the cost with them. The cleaning is scheduled for next Tuesday.

The service men were professional and curteous, answered my questions and told me about the extra services I could add on but didn't push me to purchase extras. I like that there's not tons of chemicals in the carpet now but it did a great job of refreshing our old carpet. Thank you!
Technicians are extremely courteous. No chemicals are used. Carpet looks new again. Leaves carpet soft and smelling fresh.
Most of the carpets cleaned seem nice and clean, but one room smells like dirty water after two days and is needing to be aired out.
You did not disappoint, but I found 2 areas that did not get as clean as I hoped. They don't have unusual spills on them, just foot traffic grayness. So I was not so impressed either. Why not sent the man back to do these two spots some more and see if they can be improved? Each area is just about 1 foot square.
I am very happy with the carpet cleaning and the associate who cleaned our carpet! I am not happy with the results of the tile/grout cleaning. The grout was much cleaner the day of cleaning, but once the "sealer" dried there were dark spots throughout the room. I was told they would fully dry with-in a day or two but they have not. I don't believe that the grout was truly sealed either, the grout looks near as dingy as it did before only a month after cleaning. I will continue to recommend the carpet cleaning but will warn friends and family before paying for the tile grout cleaning.

the technician that came out was very helpful and did a good job and the carpet looks good. however, the carpet now smells odd and i wonder if you dont use any chemicals if it actually cleans the carpet or maybe the water on the techs truck was dirty. the reason i wonder about your method of cleaning is the surface of the carpet now has a dirty smell all over the house not in just one spot. so as i stated either your process does not effectively clean the carpet or he used dirty water to start with beacuse our carpets were not in very bad shape to star with. so no i am not happy with paying $210 for your service

I ordered a cleaning kit along with my services on 3/2/12. I still have yet to rcvd it. I have called about this, you said it was to be delivered two days ago. I still have yet to receive it.
I have had rooms per treated.. Still smells and stained.. They came back out after a no show of a 3 hr window.. In which the next time they pet treated the area again.. To make the smell worse.. I didn't even ask to get the stains.. Thought he was going to.. Scheduled again to evaluate the area.. To get the horrible smell out of my 8 yr old daughters room!
The staff was very polite and the cleaning agents left no residue or chemical smell after the work was completed. The technicians also showed up on time and work was completed in a timely manner.
