Love that it is green. We had the dog treatment and the house smells great. I knew I'd be satisfied even before you came out. Your commercials on KLUV are great and my daughter had you come a couple of years ago and everything turned out great then also.
The techinician was very friendly and explained everthing and answard all questions to our satisfaction and did a good job on our carpets.
Your rep was very nice and professional, we liked him a lot. For the most part our floors are clean, but we have a dog who made some pee spots in a few places. To get the deep clean was really really high. So we paid for the semi deep clean. Which semi worked. I think we paid way too much for what we got. Now if you could combine, great workers, with affordable prices, and truly deep clean. That would be great! Then you would get a 10.
I've used Zerorez for several years because Zerorez provides great cleaning by knowledgeable staff. However, this service was way below average. First, I requested an appointment online on Monday, 3/19 but did not receive a call so called Wed to make a Monday 3/26 appt. Saturday was told service would be btwn 130 and 430 but tech called at noon ready to arrive. I hadn't vaccumed yet. I ordered the $99 svc but spent $277 to have pet urine stains removed and an additional room cleaned. So spent much more and still have less than great results. The traffic marks in the hall re-appeared the next day. The food stain on carpet surface in dining room is still there. And the tech took my credit card with him. I called twice 3/26 at 3:45 and 6:05 re: the card and was told the tech wasn't answering phone. I sent email around 7:45 on 3/27 for status. Please note, I'm calling you for status, should be the other way around. I received a call back 8:58 and told no card found then 9:09 received call saying card was found with invoice. I wasn't given an invoice! In fact, was told it would be sent to my email address which it wasn't. Because of great service in the past, I will try Zerorez once more but honestly feel I should be given a credit for the poor quality, poor customer service followup, and missing credit card with the latter causing me great concern.
After having the service done, I spoke with some friends and family about what I had to pay to have 3 bedrooms cleaned($180). They were shocked and said I was over charged. I hadn't done my research to know that it was too much. They couldn't believe I had to pay that much especially since your ad / commerical says it's $99.00 for three rooms. Your ad also says you can remove candle wax. The carpet cleaners were very nice and professional but were unable to remove the wax and were only there for approximately 30 minutes. $180 for 30 minutes !! That's not right!! I feel I deserve a porition of my money back.

The technician Zerorez sent could not have been more informative and well-trained. He did a terrific job. My wife is happy—enough said.
Buffing the carpet. Amazing!
My carpets were wet when the service tech left. I expected them to be damp, but not wet. It took 4 hours for them to dry.
Even though the technician was honest about the work he was going to do - in regards to our issue with pet odors (Dog and Ferret Urine and Ferret Feces) The spots were cleaned best he could do - and we are pleased with that but I am really dissapointed that the smell returned so quickly espically since I paid over 4x what I have in the past to have the carpets cleaned and got just about the same result
When scheduling the appointment I requested a stain removal using some sort of heat set treatment that Ricky had mentioned on a previous cleaning visit. I have a stain that was a result of my grandson leaving his wet bathing suit on a rug covering the carpet. There was a bleed through. I specifically requested the equipment be brought when scheduling the appointment. Again I requested the equipment when the appointment was confirmed. I then asked if it was in the notes for the technician to see. I was assured on BOTH occasions that it would be taken care of. When Ricky arrived he knew nothing of the request. He did try to locate someone to bring the equipment but to no avail. I would have thought he or someone would have suggested they return when they are in the area to take care of my request. I am VERY disappointed in the customer service. Ricky did a good job, but comunication within your company is sadly not important!!!!
Very expensive, although the results were good. The one major issue I have is that the technician quoted me a price and when I got the receipt is was significantly higher.

When you upsale, don't have an "attitude" when the customer only wants what you advertised. I was told I could have 4 rooms for $99, but the tech tried to tell me that it would cost extra for my living room, which was oversized. First, this was not told to me on the phone. Second, I was only having 3 rooms cleaned, after I pointed this out he conceded, but I felt he should have known up front what was offered.
Like that it's not soapy, and looks naturally clean.
Ceramic tile grout is not as clean as I expected
I,ve used Zerorez three times and they are always late and never show up on time. Last visit was about two weeks ago and they had some communication problem w/tech and the office staffs . I called the office to see where or how long until the tech would show up and she never call me back (5p). I called again at 6:40p ,office closed but the appt line answered and she couldn't help but she would try her best to locate the driver. Finally, he called about 7p and came 15-20min later and finish the job. It was very late and I didn't want to reschedule due to spring break and my husband has weird schedule with his job . It has been a disappoint.
I was pleased with how clean the carpets looked...we had some pretty nasty stains and they all came out!
The carpet looked very clean that was treated through the house. Although there was some pet oder in the living room of the home and seemed to smell stronger after the Zerorez treatment. We have since used Extra Strenght Fabreeze on the carpet and Arm and Hammer pet powder carpet deoderizer to somewhat minimize the smell.
A job well done, with knowledge of how it was to be done.
My carpet looked brand new and didn't smell like chemicals.
The professionalism of the service and the results are unbeatable. Price is comparable.

the visit got all the stains out and we love how the
carpet feels, its at least 10 year carpet and the people
who owned before us used tons of carpet fresh, the carpet
feels clean and not crunchy, we have been using stanley steamers
i thought they were good untill we tried zero res. I am sold
we will be calling to do my house! Its large and stained. My daughter
has a child and i fell like there were no harmful chemicals. Thank you jody

Serviceman was very friendly and accomodating,the products seem to do better than any other we have used, old pet stains were greatly lightened and the traffic areas you could not see any longer on our 20 year old carpets. We were Very Pleased!!!
